The workers are very polite and helpful. 10/10 service, would definitely come back. Food is standard fast food, the fairy floss storm is amazing.

After finishing an afternoon shift, i was cracing for pulled pork burger. Ordered pulled pork thru hungry jacks app after purchasing and paying for my order. Of course a technical issue happened, deducted on my paypal account, but my order didn't show up on the app. Went to drive thru to confirm if they got my order. They said they dont have it on their system. However, they still entertained my order eventhought they were about to closed. PERFECT customer service. 👌

Its a beautiful place to hang on with your loved ones and friends to have a delicious burger and soft drinks.

Clean and tidy Hungry Jack's plesant staff fast service very handy if shopping at Kmart.

The during the week team are really good. Friendly and always greet with a happy attitude.

It's always good for a quick stopover but not always very clean. Staff are great and very polite though.

I complained about the quality of my burgers for a takeaway order, they immediately apologise and were happy to give me free burgers next time I visit the store, very friendly team.

i gave the store a call to alter something in my uber order & was answered by a gorgeous human, tasmin. she went above & beyond for us & has the absolute kindest heart ever.

after many years in hospo, working as a chef & manager, we know how tiring it is to keep an enthusiastic energy constantly, for many hours on end. to receive this back from her, genuinely made our year.
just the smallest act of kindness can really change a mindset. ❤

As far as burger places go, this one had the best staff I have ever experienced. The food was standard Hungry Jacks, but staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Premises were clean and tidy.

This one girl whos a crew coach with blonde hair is an icon and delivers good service 10/10 stars

Always busy but they do a better burger, my preference over mc donalds and carls junior big talk but little result (pretty average)

Good "sometime" food but I like their coffee. I usually order this instead of cola drinks. Lovely crews. Neat and tidy area when we were having our arvo snackies!

I went through the drive thru and there was a line up but the crew handled it with aplomb. Was out of there quickly with my delicious food
