Don't rent out unit 5/24Mawson road Salisbury 5108

It $200 a week without no air condition it not private yard as there side gate anyone can walk in out and even break into the house as they did when i was living there, unit is falling apart bathroom light doesn't work soon as you turn it on give unit power shock!!!! real estate agents are rude nasty people they won't fix anything in the house for weeks on end and they also try rip you off with money!!!

Please share as don't want same thing happening to other people as well because of them i am homeless and lost all of personal information personal belongings and furniture!!!!!

Very average. They made a mistake refunding my bond, kept palming it off as not their problem. I had to chase them to get information and found out the information that was provided was wrong. Ended up dealing with government bodies to get a result. Don't recommend at all.

Went to inspect property in Golden grove. They were leaving early & recognised us, but they ignored us & left. There were still 10 minutes remaining for the open inspection.Its not a professional way.

Leased out 2 properties through them while oversees . Both were poorly looked after and vandalised under their watch. Absolutely hopeless as agents. WATCH OUT.

Very rude lady . They think they are very intelligent and everyone else is stupid. Selling property they own in holden hill and comparing it with properties in campbeltown. What an idiot. Beware of them.
