Hungry Jack's Burgers Hawthorn

I’ve been eating hungry Jack’s for 25+ years. Today I have just eaten THE best onion rings I have ever had from anywhere. The tropical whopper is pretty awesome too.

Ordered a large family meal late at night and employee named Thomas was very polite and assisted me with my order as I am not very experienced with technology. Thomas was able to have my order ready within about 15 minutes which is fast for an order of this size. I was very pleased with the service and will return soon.

i Liker this palce but the bruger was rong. i orderd a whoper large meel without pickel but got pickel in it. veri mad. chips was god and burstied was delicios. will cum agan

Plenty of easy parking.
Friendly and very helpful staff.
My meal (burger and fries) were fresh and hot.
At around 30 years old, the building is becoming dated.

I first came to this hungry jacks in 2014, a young women by the name of eve served me and gave great customer service. Went back in the last couple of weeks and was impressed with the great customer service again.

The only thing that could improve this hungry jacks is maybe some renovations, they used to have a jukebox and some pictures on the wall so the store looked so much better.

uuuugghhh can i get a mcburger, with a side of mcfries, a large mccoke and a mcsoft serve.

Hudson gave me amazing service and 2 free cups of water, absolute legend.

Always fast service. Our go to local drive through. Store inside is getting a bit tired and could do a with a tidy up or Reno. But service and food is always spot on. Especially from the early morning Crew who are always friendly and quick.

I had $2,49 and I got two bbq cheeseburgers. WWWWWW

didn’t grab the receipt so couldnt leave a proper review but went here this morning with my dad to get a coffee and some brekky on the way through. the manager on duty (5/6/20) around 8:30am was super nice. best latte from a fast food place we’ve had. chai was great too and the best hash browns. seemed a little understaffed when we got there but wait time was still fine. cudos to you guys :)

No dramas at all ordering here. They even had a sign up telling you to go to the next window - something a number of hjs find difficult to copy.

A great place for a quick meal, tastes nice in comfortable surroundings. Prices are reasonable, and service is prompt, also either drive through or great parking.

love the staff there, always so nice. in particular theres a lady who works there most days monday-friday, 8-1 i think, but shes so lovely and friendly, my favorite by far, always in a happy mood. the only thing that could make this place better is if you guys still did free refills

The wonderful staff, mostly Joey were the friendliest people helping us to recreate a 10 year old photo. Best customer service I’ve ever witnessed, worth every cent just because of the amazing staff.

Friendly service, very clean inside and out and as good of food as you can get from HJ's, what's not to like!

I went to hungry jacks at 2pm on a sat and the current manager is absolutely lovely, my friend had a problem with his meal and she sorted it out with no problem and gave him a free meal

I enjoy Hungry Jack's I enjoy the burgers, thickshakes and wraps.Its great if you are in a hurry to pop in and get something to eat.The prices are ok.
