Had My Navarra D40 changed transmission last month. Manager and team were very helpful, provided all information I need to know, quoted price reasonably. All went very well. Thank you!

I had two issues with my car, both services took 1 day to finish.

The last time I had a tricky problem, they fixed it, but it didn’t get rid of the issue completely.

I came back, explaining that the issue was still there, they took the car in again with no hesitation, and said they would figure it out.

By the end of the day they called me and said the issue was fixed, apologized for not noticing it before, and explained all that was done to fix it.

Everything they do they call you first, so they won’t charge you for something you didn’t approve first. You will receive a video showing your vehicle and the parts that are damaged. It builds trust.

Of course they will charge a little bit more than the average mechanic, but they have an amazing reputation

so if you just want to fix your car with no headaches, just leave it there and let them do their thing. Hope this helps!

I just had a God’s sent help from Ben and Sam. I called the shop because my car wouldn't start and in less than 5 minutes Sam pulled up next to my car to help and I don't know how (because the problem wasn't battery as I first had thought), but in a matter of a few minutes, he made my car start again. Guys, no money in this world would pay you for what you have done for me and my car today. You're amazing! Thank you so much for existing! You're amazing!

The guys did a thorough job with my service. They sent a video in the middle to display what needed to be fixed which was really neat. Very friendly customer service too.

The team at Automasters Norwood are great! I've been bringing my car to be serviced here for a few years. I like that they are honest in what needs doing, and understanding of my interesting descriptions of parts of my car I think need looking at! (Honestly you guys deserve a medal understanding my descriptions of thingy, and that bit!).

As a woman, I've had car places try and rip me off in the past assuming I don't know any better, and I'm happy to say Automasters Norwood do NOT even attempt to try this!

First time using their service, good team, reasonable price and the store manager Ben is a good lad!

Took my car in to see why it was making a rattling noise. They were great at communicating what was wrong with the car and offered me multiple options on how to go forward repairs wise, including a breakdown of the cost of each repair option. While I didn't go ahead with any of the options as the price of repair vs value of car was too high, I was still happy with the service and advice I was given. Would definitely come back here in the future.

After a minor drama with my borrowed car today, I cannot thank Sam and the pit crew more for their assistance today.
Whilst it ended up being no more than a new battery, Sam came across the road to my work to jump start it and then tested the battery once we were back at the workshop.
New one replaced immediately, no dramas at all.
Really appreciated all their help on the 'phone and in person.

I went and got my car serviced and within 4 hours they had found 7 jobs to do and fix. I definitely recommend Auto masters Norwood for a cheap price and honesty. I was impressed with how well my car felt driving after picking it up.

I had a huge vibration at the engine mount area. They fixed it up asap which I did not expect. They make a video of the job. Wow. Sooo happy with there work great service from start to finish. Will be back for sure. Thanks.

Fantastic Service! They were able to squeeze me in last minute to look at my car air conditioner. When they saw I had a small child with me he said he would look at my car as soon as possible (I expected within a few hours). 40 mins later I got a call to say my car was all fixed and I could pick it up. It turned out to be a simple fix which he waived the fee for and sent me on my way. Fantastic service!
