QE Specialist Centre

Today my wife had a pelvic ultrasound done here. She said the lady (Deb) who did it was very nice, caring and considerate. The lady receptionist was nice and obliging. My wife was seen promptly. The rooms were clean, modern and roomy. Over all an excellent experience.

I have had heart issues for 2-3 years now, Dr Hafeez, and a colleague of his put 2 stents in, long story short, I’m healthy and so is my heart, so waiting a bit is worth it to me, so stop complaining precious people, and think of the big picture ( your life ) keep up your good work guys

I have been going there for about 7 years and I have found it great and conveniently located. The parking on site is such a bonus...I can't believe someone was complaining about it, seriously. Now there is a wait most times but hey I wait ages just to follow up on a phone bill, so put into perspective it's a non issue.
As far as Specialist go I see Prof. H and he is an absolute GEM. He is by far and away one of the nicest people I have ever come across. He is so down to earth and never rushes me or makes you feel stupid when I ask dumb questions. He always makes me laugh and does this to calm me down and put me at ease. He is a true gentleman who happens to be a medical genius as well.

Footmed at QE Specialist Centre - excellent podiatrists. I have been going there for 9 months. They have been working on my feet and have done an excellent job. My feet, and my tight foot in particular, are extremely hard to work on and to get rid of the problems on my right foot it has been very hard in deed ! They have done an excellent job and removed calluses and corns without causing any pain whatsoever ! They are brilliant! Thus the rating of 5 stars ! They deserve it. Annette ! ! !

Reception staff are always very professional and respectful. The selection of specialists is excellent and in the past 10 years of attending I could not fault the centre.

I went and saw simon (neurologist) was such a plrasent experience. He covered my history, even tho he already had my notes and diagnose. The type of doctor that'll do his own research to help you get where your going.I am very pleased and recommend him to anyone.

They have there own car park don't get caught out by parking in the queen Elizabeth hospital over the rd.

According to my experience with the lady who made the booking, It seems that, this centre has TOO many patients. They don't need to provide good customer service to their clients at all...

Stay away! Unless you have half the day to spend waiting, do not come to this centre. I have waited for 3 months to get an appointment with the endocrinologist, Narsing Laddipeeria. I wish I had checked the reviews before, as in retrospect, it was pretty obvious how they operate. I got 3 calls in the weeks leading up to my appointment for cancellations, and if I wanted to come in earlier. On the third occasion I rearranged my calendar to accommodate. I had to take time off from work to get to Woodville and I was there early at 10.05 am for my 10.15 appointment. At 11.00 I asked them how late they were running, only to be told I had to wait for another 30 mins. I am sorry, but I refuse to wait for 1.5 hours for a doctor, who will see me for 20 mins and charge me $365. I walked out and I am not going back. Not to mention that I lost 3 hours of work just by getting there. Very disappointed.

I was referred here for a consultation with Martin Bruening. After making an appointment I was later called and told he was refusing to see me because my injury was related to a motor vehicle accident. I wonder how he would feel if it was his family member refused specialist care, simply because the doctor couldnt be bothered with paperwork. Rude staff couldn't even give a legitimate reason for refusal. Avoid this surgeon if you seek empathetic care.

Great place to get ignored, dismissed and gaslighted spending a lot of money for it. Endocrinologist absolutely dismissed my partner's concerns with thyroid, then suggested they tried an injection to lose weight saying it had almost no side effects. Side effects include thyroid cancer.Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely unprofessional staff. No value for your time. Waiting here from more than an hour & reception staff was very casual with their responses.

This is my 3rd visit in last two months. Not a great experience at all.

Reception is terrible and rude. Rang a week prior to confirm the date of an appointment. Took the day off work only to find out on arrival they’ve changed the date. No call or sms to advise. Complete waste of time.

This Centre either needs new staff, or a sign that says for sale.

I can’t stop you from going here, if you need to learn for yourself then please do, but this is my warning..

Please do yourself a favour, find somewhere else. Do not trust this clinic.

If you are after customer service, courtesy and to be treated with genuine care rather than being just a number then you should look elsewhere. Very disappointing indeed. The lack of duty of care is appalling.

Completely useless. Waited 3 months for an appointment then 1.5h while the doctor was late just to be told I was booked in with the wrong doctor. Avoid this practice.

Extremely hostile staff. Long wait periods. Rude doctors. Not worth going unless you feel like being degraded by a band of immature little girls at the front counter.
