People are usually friendly, have only had a few mistakes in last 4 or so years have been going there but it has progressively been shutting the inside of the store earlier and earlier, to 10pm last year or so to 8pm now. Many times have needed to go Inside to look for something or use the atm, or the line is like 5 people long with the attendant needing to leave the wi down and do everyone's shop for them. Will try the parahills west otr in future. "We never close" is a werd slogan for a company that closes the inside of the store at particular locations.

They forgot my iced cream in my iced coffee but generally the best for they're iced coffee's and the ham and quoisants were great they need these 24/7.💚

Stopped here for fuel and a drink. Went to pay and got double charged for my drink. The attendant apparently was in training but with no identification showing this. After I enquired about being overcharged, the other attendant, who was EATING WHILE FILLING UP THE HOT PASTRY DISPLAY, (great food hygiene standards), offered to rectify the overcharging. Don't think I'll come back.

The lady who served us through the night window kept slamming it. She was rude, and couldn't remember what was requested.
Usually reasonable for service.

Won't be back anytime soon.
Competitive petrol isn't far and they cant make a coffee...or an iced drink...or a hotdog.
Didnt use the milk asked for either.

Only a few mouthfuls of the iced drink before I realised the milk wasnt right and I've wanted to vomit ever since so now I get a gut ache all night. Thanks 🤙

Never ha e the service here been anything good. Most of the time the staff has an attitude that they rather be some where else. When you ask to buy something they always wanna do their bare minimum to accommodate. I'd actually give them -5 but there's no way to do it
