Wellington Hotel

Modern hotel, open fire place, comfortable seating, friendly staff and excellent food. We ordered 1kg rump and we're not disappointed in quality of such a big cut. Super tender, cooked to perfection. Really wish I didn't have breakfast or lunch I think maybe I would of come closer to finishing it. Highly recommend it. Portobello mushrooms on the side were to die for. All staff, waitress and lady behind the bar especially were fantastic, great job. We'll be back soon.

The experience was absolutely delightful!

The highlight of my lunch was undoubtedly the lamb shanks. They were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with a rich and flavorful gravy that was simply irresistible. Paired with a glass of red wine, the combination was heavenly.

What made the experience even more special was the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. Sitting next to an open fire while enjoying my meal was the perfect way to spend a chilly afternoon. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly without being intrusive.

A good and nice location in North Adelaide, I always find it welcoming at the Wellington Hotel. The team working on food and behind the bar were friendly and a lot of fun. The meals were a good size, affordable and very tasty. I'll be back!

One of the best beef schnitzels I've ever had, nice and thick and tender. Good gravy.

Our food was delicious. We were served in a timely manner and staff are friendly and helpful. All ten of us enjoyed it.

Great location to have a quick meal prior to concert at Adelaide oval. We got a seat as soon as we walked in and our meals came out promptly after ordering them. Service was friendly. Nice booths to sit in if preferred to sitting at tables. Big bar area. Will be eating here prior to any future concerts at Adelaide oval.

First time at this hotel. Arrived at 3pm on a Sunday and luckily the kitchen was open till 3.30pm. We ordered the ale battered barramundi and osso bucco. The barra was great and the batter was not greasy at all. The osso bucco was amazing, full of flavour and accompanied with a delicious risotto. Some of the menu items were a bit pricey but after seeing the quality and massive sizes it's justifiable. Friendly knowledgeable staff, special shout out to Angela and the awesome chefs. Also, if you like rose wine and would like to try something a little different, try their 'Kitty' sangiovese rose. It's really really good! Looking forward to going back there soon.

I’m only here for three days but if I had to live in Adelaide I would live in the very near vicinity of the Wellington Hotel. Food hit the spot, servers were great and atmosphere reminded me of the UK - not overcrowded with loads of heavy drinkers but those that were here to enjoy the food, drink and craic.

Meals were good and nicely priced. Tuesday night was schnitzel night and BBQ Schnitzel was definitely a good choice.

Good venue for a relaxed meal, quiet, bright with a great selection of tap beers. Steaks we had were perfectly cooked as was the grilled whiting.

Great place for catching up in relaxed pub with great atmosphere in perfect location off the noisy main street overlooking yhe Park

Service was very friendly. My brother occasionally plays gigs here. The drinks selection is above board. The bar menu/snacks are a mid range in price, can't speak on quality/quantity, as we didn't order. Sport was across 2 TV's, for those that enjoy it 😀
