The worst coffee I had there on Sunday morning last week. It was just a warm solution of milk and water goodness. Such a waste of money.

So after filling the car with diesel, the bowser, instead of stopping when reaching the top, kept pouring, spiling out about 1/2 a litre of diesel over the car, tyre, my shoes and pants. Ok, it happens. I go to the store, only to find out that OTR has NO POLICY on assisting customers in such a situation. The attendant follows this up with, "oh yes, every day it happens once or two times, sir". It would be nice for the equipment to be maintained so that this doesn't happen, but equipment does malfunction. If it's a predictable event, have a policy to handle it. And if you do have a policy, make sure your employees are familiar with it. He called his manager, and the manager is like "call customer service in the morning" (is was 2am). In the meantime, what? Smell out my car and garage with diesel? I expect better OTR!

Customer service seems to be at the heart of everything you SAY you do. I'm not sure what contacting you a couple of days after the event will accomplish. What you need is a policy to help your employees address your customers' concerns, to help them minimise impacts associated with this type of an incident in the future, as well as perhaps some quality control to make sure these types of incidents do not occur "a couple of times a day" at your pumps.

Cooked my toastie with the plastic on then waited 20 mins for them to try work out how to refund me the money. Ended up just walking out and losing the $8 for the toastie.

Watch out your prices when you buy it. I nearly got scammed.The prices of spinach from labelling was $2.99and they charging 5$ for it like this if they does that same to more than 50 customers per day they are ripping off.

Absolutely disgusting, the store is dirty, filthy and gross, the toilets are never clean and it is clear to see no one work has bother to clean the hand dry in what looks to be years, the toilets were even blocked with no sign out so people are walking into a gross overflow, on top of all this there is one of the workers whom is rude and disrespectful.

Never close sure but not work it go somewhere else.

Visited today (between 0700-0730AM); Very RUDE staff: Female staff working today has zero knowledge about communication and costumer service. We regularly visit same place NEVER happened before.

Really bad experience here yesterday 10/11/22. The lady at the counter Megan was very rude and show no respect for customers, it's not the first time.

Service was so long waited 20 minutes for a hotdog and shake :(((
