Had our wedding here in September 2015. The place was gorgeous, the food was fantastic and all the guests were happy and full of compliments.

Staff were extremely helpful both in preparation and on the big day.

Very happy to recommend!

Avoid at all costs. I had my wedding here end of March and it was difficult and stressful from the get go. These people only want your money and not interested in the slightest at delivery good customer service, let alone your perfect wedding day. Prior to the day, I had to work with 3 different wedding coordinators in the lead up. This led to a massive communication break down, messages and agreements being lost and things being completely missed. It was my understanding from the Info pack that I would have access to a dedicated Wedding Coordinator during the planning phase, and on the wedding day. The day prior and on the day, I had to work with a fill an inexperienced wedding coordinator. On the day they were showing people around the venue, taking selfies and kissing her boyfriend behind the bar during our wedding reception.

No assistance whatsoever was provided by Peregrines. The agreed original ceremony site that we had picked was months prior was pulled out with two weeks to go.
The Chef was not available to meet or talk through my menu. This would have prevented the huge stuff up with how our food was presented on the night. It was meant to be a banquet served at guests tables. Instead our guests were lining up like sheep. I'm.gluten intolerant and they served me up a bread roll and croutons on my plate, no alternatives despite given menu choices months earlier.
A chair was not provided for my 82 y/o Nanna as previously offered by Peregrines. My Aunty had to go into the reception and bring one outside for her during canapes. There was no seating at all provided to our guests during Canapés. At the commencement of the first dance, the lights were turned out without any warning. He was not prepared for the change of lighting, had no flash, and missed our first dance. My husband went back up to the food stand to get me some more salad because I didn't want what was on my plate and he was REFUSED!!! I have heard from other guests that they requested two of something, instead of something else and were refused and told "one of each only". Guests were hungry and wanted to go back for seconds. No-one was allowed seconds, not even the bridal table. .
Desert: under catered. Half our guests did not get desert.
- Bar staff: having worked in hospitality, I know how things work. For every 30 ppl you have 1 bar tender. We had 2 for 93 people. We have had feedback from family that those two were poorly dressed, like they had just got out of bed, untucked and unironed shirts, rude to our guests and even told them we had no pear cider when we had purchased two slabs!
We find it quite ridiculous we paid an additional fee for corkage when not one person on the bridal table (including myself) were brought a drink the entire night. They came and asked us twice and never returned. No-one was served ANY champagne, as per the serving instructions, for our speeches. The entire bridal party had empty glasses which toasts were happening. Most guests didn't even know there was champagne. Result - 24 cases of unopened champagne gone to waste. Our MC was running back and forward all night trying to bring us drinks, while keeping formalities going.
- I was also refused a bottle of champagne to take back to the cabin. It was only when I disputed this that it was agreed.

We paid Peregrines $950 for corkage; however, it was understaffed and those who were working were unprofessional, unmotivated, rude and inexperienced behind the Peregrines bar

I emailed all of the above to Peregrines after the event, seeking some compensation and have ignored. Not one response. I hope every bride comes out and tells their story. I know at least 3 other brides married their who had a similar experience!!!! How these guys are still operating is beyond me!!!!

DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE👿👿👿
