We stayed here for a 2 night business trip and it was an exceptional stay. The host was very accommodating towards myself and my wife. We sat in the retreat section in the garden area for sunset, which was the perfect way to unwind from a busy day and enjoy the peaceful scenery.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vacy lodge in Hunter Valley for my holiday, and it was an absolute delight! The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately set the tone for a fantastic getaway. The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy haven after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.

The staff's hospitality was exceptional – always friendly and eager to assist, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The motel's location was ideal, offering easy access to the region's wineries and attractions. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained gardens and outdoor spaces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of local wine.

Furthermore, the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my experience. From the comfortable beds to the thoughtful details in room decor, every aspect was carefully considered. My holiday at this motel was truly memorable, thanks to the fantastic service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this gem in Hunter Valley to anyone seeking a delightful and rejuvenating escape.

Stayed 5 nights with our dogs and it was absolutely beautiful - we loved the sunrise over the valley from the room window in the morning. There's lots of interesting places to explore in the area.Rooms were very clean and Massy (who manages the site) was so friendly and was very attentive to our needs, it's obvious she manages the place with love and passion. We liked that this lodge had smart tvs so we could watch Netflix on the included wifi. Would give 6 stars if possible!

Lovely place in a small village. Owners very friendly. Went out of their way to organise overnight charging of my Tesla. Bed comfortable and no noise. All you need for an overnight stay which we did. Farmers pub next-door also very hospitable staff with good pub food and a good range of beers and wines.
There is a cafe/shop across the road for breakfast.

We needed a place to stay after our cousins wedding venue changed due to the floods. I came across Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge and the photos and website looked fine.
After arriving we were welcomed by Massy and Chris, and it felt very warming and welcoming!. The lodge we stayed in was clean, fresh and looked great. Great positive out of it was the great water pressure.
Our night in it was calm and quiet, great to have after partying away. Definitely happy that we stayed the night and would highly recommend others passing through to stay at the Vacy Hunter Valley Lodge.

The hotel is great value for money, and truly a hidden gem. Who would love to wake up to a view of kangeroos at your back window and fresh country air. The flying duck restaurant has amazing food at reasonable prices, and the Chef Gunter makes you feel more like a guest in his home, than a customer
