I have been receiving massages from Jo for a few years now. She delivers a fantastic, firm massage and demonstrates intuition regarding which parts of the body to focus on. Jo is highly experienced and a remarkable, beautiful woman.

I have been a massage/ body work client of Jo’s for nearly twenty five years now. Jo is a natural born healer and a gifted and knowledgeable masseuse and body worker. Her work is strong but sensitive and intuitive. Jo is a complete professional with a deeply nourishing and nurturing approach. I have been singing her praises far and wide for many years now.

In recent years, Jo has supported my recovery from a back surgery (two lumbar disc replacements) and two frozen shoulders. Jo played an important role, alongside a team of other proffessionals, in my recovery and I am now back on my surfboard! : )

Over the years I have seen many different and excellent local masseuses but Jo is a practitioner who I will continue to see for many years to come!

I regularly get massages from jo, she is very skilled and attentive and always listens to my concerns and focuses on where I need attention. As a Marathon runner and gym user, I know Jo can get into all the spots that really need attention, yet if needing a more restorative massage that is also ok. Her focus and years of training can leave you feeling out of this world and her hands and touch are beyond good. It Feels like at times your body has left the table.

A lovely comfortable quiet space just near Suffolk that allows you to relax and let her hands and therapy take over.
