Beautiful location, park is well maintained, between the beach/ pool/ tennis/ basketball court, playground and bikes there was plenty to keep the kids occupied. Beautiful sunsets and star gazing at night.

As the saying goes, it was such a great holiday village that I bought a park home there!!!😇
It's not really a caravan park though. It is a holiday village that mainly has park homes for permanent use or hire.
There are also an array of powered sites for caravans (but they tend to be the minority).

The advantages of this little 'slice of heaven' are quite overwhelming-
- it's only about 1 hours' drive from the city
- you can get down here with the family after work on a Friday, and still watch the sunset from the Park that evening
- it is very family-friendly -people gather along the park overlooking the sea most evenings
- the park-homes are well-fitted out (and bring back memories of camping all those years ago, but with a greater level of comfort and safety)
- the place is beautifully looked after
- it is right next door to the local pub (for ease of access, but without any unwelcome noise or disturbance )
-it has its own swimming pool (which looks across to the ocean )
- there are pathways for walkers and boats to access the beach below the holiday village
- a great spot for people who like to fish, beach- walkers, relaxation, quiet reading, recharging the 'batteries ', refreshing swims, etc.
- nice meals are available at the local pub and the local cafe
- it also has its own kiosk (which is open during the busy times).

Seabird is a gorgeous little hamlet. Once you've watched the sunset over a meal, or a drink at the holiday village park and seen the twinkling lights from a nearby sandhill, I'm sure you will agree!!😍

We have stayed here for 6 days and had an amazing time. The park and surrounds within the complex are VERY well maintained. Our 3 kids made friends with some other kids there and spend a lot of time riding around and scootering around and having a blast. They’ll look back on this time years from now with great memories. Plenty to do within the area such as sand boarding in Lancelin. Picnic in Guilderton and cruise up the Moore River. Day trip to the Pinnacles and Cervantes. Day trip to Gin Gin.

Hope to get back here again soon.

Been going here since I was 3 years old. Lovely community, rooms to rent all right on the beach front.
Parks, kid friendly, table tennis, swimming pool, tennis courts, local shop.
Some of my best memories were made here.
Perfect for a summer holiday or weekend getaway.
