Incredible service, I can’t fault the Computer Depot. Provided consistent high end service and advice over the last 15years.

Recently had my MacBook Pro screen replaced, upon picking up the computer they advised that they had also replaced the battery and various other faulty hardware at no extra cost.

Booked a service through apple support and the team at computer depot werre fantastic. Professional, friendly, were experts that knew their stuff. Overall was so much better than expected, highly recommend these guys for anything, even for product purchases of laptops and macs they had a great range.

Excellent as always. I'm very clumsy and have found myself needing a few MacBooks repaired throughout the years.

Computer Depot completes each job with a quick turnaround and to an excellent degree of quality. Thanks again :)

I had a hardware issue with my less than 2 year old iPhone

I asked Apple customer support to book me in to see Computer Depot instead of the Apple store in city, as they were closer and easier for me to visit

I was happy to hear prior to me going into the store that for my particular issue, no diagnostic fee would be charged

The guy with the ginger/red hair who served me (my apologies if that comes across as offensive in anyway as I don't mean it in that way - I didn't get your name - and I wanted to identify you in some way) was very professional, knew exactly what he was talking about, diagnosed the issue very quickly, and let me know exactly what was going on in addition to how and when the issue would be addressed. I was in an out of the store very quickly that day, and came back the same week to the store to have the issue completely resolved.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this service

After the worst customer service experience at the Apple Store in Rundle Mall yesterday I walked out in disgust (they were 2 hours behind in their appointments). I drove to the Computer Depot parked out the front and was looked after by their professional experienced and knowledgeable staff in ten minutes. You are my go to Mac people from now on. Thank you.

Saved me $1000 in repairs by coming here instead of Apple. Great customer service and was fixed within 2 days of me bringing it in. Can’t ask for more than that. Highly recommend to anyone in any sort of computer trouble. Very professional and honest team and saved me time and money, will be back again. 10/10

Really impressive service. Computer Depot’s advice helped me get Apple to agree to cover the cost of all repairs to my MacBook Pro, even though it was a few months out of warranty. The repair itself was done quite quickly and now my computer looks and works as good as new.

The absolute best help I have ever received with Apple products. Went above and beyond to help me, even more than Apple were willing to. Fantastic customer service and excellent knowledge. Highly recommend! They work fast and do a great job! Also provided expert advice in regards to speaking with Apple customer support. Spoke to Apple on the phone about my case, and wrote a report to send them about my device. If you need help, this is the place to go!

Had a problem last Friday at 3pm with my computer and needed some work sent by 5pm. I raced to Computer Depot, Mark and his team fixed my problem within an hour. It wasn't a big fix but I had no idea how to fix it, they did!! Brilliant service and cannot recommended highly enough.

I was hoping to get a good repairer for my Apple. Instead of waiting a week just to get seen by Genius bar, I could drop my computer of at the Computer Depot the next morning of having problems. The computer was returned within 26 hours after that, after receiving perfect, friendly service, helpful explanations and great correspondence.
I can see why the awards are lined up behind their counter, they get my vote! Thank you.

Best service I have ever received. I couldn't get to Apple Store to repair my Macbook. They suggested I contact Computer Depot. I parked out the front.

I had keys that were sticking on my keyboard and they replaced my keyboard and battery at no charge. I thought there was going to be a cost, but they advised it was going to be covered by warranty even though it is older than 2 years.

Everybody I spoke to was polite, professional and they got back to me when they said they would. I am so happy that Apple sent me their way.

The team at Computer Depot go above and beyond. Met with a friendly smile, they not only fixed my sticky keys, they pro-actively advised me of other repair programs that could benefit me.

I was advised 4-5 business days depending on parts, and had my laptop back within 24 hours!

A refreshing change from over systemised, untimely Apple service.

If you look up customer service in the dictionary you would find "Computer Depot" next to it.

Brought my MacBook Pro in for a warranty issue, they guided me through what was going to happen and made it so simple.

On pick up I thought things looked a little different. After querying them they mentioned there were a few pixels out on the screen so they replaced that as well and seeing as the case had a few scratches and dents on it they replaced that as well.

The official Apple store could learn a few things from these guys.

These lovely people took my poor squiggly-screened macbook and managed to get the repair through under warranty, replacing the monitor, sticky keyboard and upgrading my software all in 1 week. Great service, job done when they said it would be done, and communication friendly and timely. I won't take anything back to the apple store any more - computer depot will be my first stop for all things apple :-)

Had work done on a number of MacBooks. I was served by Mark and he was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to describe my options and the repairs were fast and well done. A much faster and smoother service than I could have gotten through Apple.
