Timco Mitre 10

I’m not sure if many people know but they offer a wonderful balloon service. Lots to choose from and quick efficient service. Tegan is especially lovely and helped put together this 4 balloon for my son who is absolutely in love with it.

We dropped into Timco a few weekends back to get some timber for a reno we are currently on in Goolwa Beach.

Not only did they have the timber that we needed, it was well priced and the guy behind the counter was great. He was completely ran off his feet but still gave us awesome trade service. We come from Burton and usually cart materials up to Goolwa.... Not anymore, this country mitre 10 had some of the best timber we have seen from any of our local suppliers or bunnings and they had a massive range of sizing that alot of places do not stock.

We went back the other day to get a new charger for my nail gun. The guy at the tool shop went above a beyond. I told him the problem i was having with my nail gun and that my spare battery was left back home 2 hours away and my charger or battery was playing up. This guy, put my battery on charge, to help rule out a faulty battery, the guy then even offered to charge my battery for me so i could keep going for the day. I ended up just purchasing a new charger as i would need it in future but yeah definitely was extremely helpful.

Overall what a great place, especially for trade.

A great store supplies many outlet trades and the general public truly a magnificent store to purchase your needs when required and staff very friendly and efficient.

10/10 experience. I bought a handmade wooden duck in yellow beach clothing, I named him Patrick.

Great hardware store with everything you need plus things you didn't know you needed but took your fancy. Lovely staff that aren't run off their feet and happy for a chat. Good old country store, how they should be.

Best Mitre 10. The staff here are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. Always a pleasure to visit.

Timco Mitre 10 your local hardware ! Fantastic selection, great prices, great range!!Recently purchased a chainsaw for a friend and it had a few complications. But Mitre 10 honoured the warranty ! Michael and Michael (2 ) really helped out , they explained the situation checked and gave a credit, to which because of their great service professional advice and care support I upgraded and bought another chainsaw! Support a local long standing hardware! Great range of items and terrific outdoor garden area also ! They also stock great pet toys ! Highly recommend ! Lovely store with amazing staff. Matt went above and beyond over 3 visits to help and advise us on the purchase of a new weber and accessories.
He was polite, professional and very helpful and knowledgable.
The ladies on the checkout were polite and friendly.
The management of this store should be congratulated on their staff selection and training.

The team here are always helpful and know their stuff. Never had any issues and they always have a great range of products, plus they are locally owned. Well done guys. 👍

Fantastic customer service from Michael this afternoon! We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, helpful person to give us a hand when we were stuck in a bind. This is one of the best hardware shops I've been into. The service was outstanding, the stock was great and they had some lovely gift ware available. I think some of my Christmas shopping will be done here. 😊
