Luminiq is a fantastic clinic with three doctors who highly devote themselves to top quality care. I have seen Dr Ania numerous times and she always been as thorough and understanding as they come, and Dr Shirley has fantastic bedside manner and is efficient and knowledgeable. Beautiful space and they offer other therapeutic services such as aesthetics, treatments and cosmeceuticals on site. Huge parking lot at the back is the best plus!

Absolutely fabulous service. Amazing reception staff who are kind and interested in how my day was. Super zen waiting room with relaxing music, and they offered me a tea which was T2, which is so thoughtful! I spoke with Dr Ania who was so helpful with all my skin needs and was super thorough in her diligence. I also had a skin check and I was made to feel so comfortable. They truly go above and beyond with tailored holistic help and I was Bulk-billed with my medicare card!!!

I've never gone out of my way to write a review but can I just say how amazing it was to walk in this clinic with such calming zen around. Extremely friendly admin staff and more importantly, saw Dr. Ania Kritzinger and hardly remember the last time I've seen someone proactively build rapport in the manner that she did while delivering outstanding medical care. Above and beyond. Brilliant! New long-term patient for sure.

Such an incredible experience so far at Luminiq! Attended for chronic acne issues as I was sick of pouring money into products and professionals without seeing any results. Started with a GP consult which was very thorough and in depth then followed with a skin consultation with Michelle (who is extremely knowledgeable & caring!). Neither of the consults felt rushed or sales driven. The clinic utilities a incredibly holistic approach, with various professionals within their team determined and willing to achieve best results. Would definitely recommend to anyone with skin concerns!

I can’t thank Dr Ania enough for her kindness and care towards myself & my husband. Not only is she empathetic-she really listens to her patients & is extremely thorough. An incredible doctor. 5 stars isn’t enough. Her receptionist John is a superstar as well.

I've been coming to luminiq for 6 months now and Michelle has been absolutely amazing. Working with me to find products and solutions that have helped me dramatically remove my acne and scarring.
Both Drs are also great, very kind and non judgmental, I've left everytime feeling valued.

had a bump looked at and removed form my elbow at luminiq. gp was thourogh, the removal was so quick and painless too. I was treated respectfully and felt like they had a genuine interest in my needs which is hard to find in some surgeries. highly recommended

I rarely write a review however Dr Clark went above and beyond in my consult. She is absolutely fantastic and I feel so lucky I met her. will definitely be returning.

Two stars for the incomplete information that would be provided to you by the receptionist. Few hidden charges that they will mention to you only once your appointment is over. Even while waiting at the reception, same incomplete information was shared to other new clients making the phone booking.

Contrary to that, Dr. Shirley was great and I will definitely recommend her.
