I wish I could give this service a better review because initially I had great help from them, I had someone who was very caring and helpful but then when the crunch came, they deserted me. I didn't know who was supposed to be helping and supporting me. No contact given, I was just let go. I had to chase them up and still didn't get the help.

I will admit it was during an awkward time but nothing excuses literally ditching and forgetting a disabled person in a moment of need. Nothing and now my life is worse off for it.

This organisation let my son down. Seeking support for him and the staff member we dealt with was good. But the faceless decision makers at this company made excuses as to why not to give support. My guess is they cared more about making money than giving support to those who need it. Don't believe the glossy ads and hype. Disgusting performance lwb. no stars deserved report if I don't give
