This is the first time we've used Lube Mobile and we will definitely be using them again! Very impressed with their prompt same/next day service. Truly got us out of a pickle!

We had phoned other mechanics in the area, however they understandably had large wait times.

The Lube Mobile 'jingle' popped into my head and prompted me to call them. Their service both on the phone, in person and by email was very thorough and professional.

When the mechanic was running about an hour behind, I received a call half an hour before our booked time apologising, explaining that he was held up with another job. I was then sent a link so that I could track where abouts the mechanic was on the road, with an ETA given.

Sean (van K04) was fantastic! We look forward to booking with Sean again when our cars are due to be serviced or if we have car dramas!

I was very happy with Lube Mobile, the RAA declared my alternator dead in the evening, and knowing there was no way I'd find a decent mechanic who'd be able to fit me in the next day I thought I'd try Lube Mobile (I'd always thought they'd be pricey so hadn't considered them before).
I booked a time in the afternoon and Matt the mechanic arrived early in the 2 hour time frame. He called on the way to check the details of the work before arriving to make sure he had all parts available and was very helpful.
I'd read some bad reviews and was a little worried that it was going to cost me much more than the quoted price, I also checked with an auto electrician friend if the quote was reasonable and was told it sounded right.
The work was finished quickly and I was charged the quoted price. Matt was friendly and professional, and I would happily recommend Lube Mobile and would say they're on par price wise with other mechanics - whilst saving you the trouble of getting your car to them.

I have used Lube mobile before and in an emergency Ken and his partner went beyond to fix my problem the same day and in hours of notifying him.
This business and this person have again exemplified the positive attitude applied to customer service and the positive need to satisfy the customer as once again Ken is the man.

I needed my car fixed during the Christmas period. Called Lube for a quote and they came several hours later. The mechanic (Matt K22) was lovely and efficient. The job was done and I have no complaints.

Ben was our mechanic for two of our household's cars. He was polite, quick and attentive, providing advice when he was going to arrive and he gave more info throughout the servicing of our cars. The servicing was completed quickly and at the end, he suggested what the cars might need in the next few months, which has enabled us to plan for upcoming expenses.

They fixed the car!
That's how their ad goes, and it's true. My car broke down, started shuddering, and stalling. 5pm on a Friday, all mechanics closed. RAA said it was a coil and they had it towed home for me. That's covered by the RAA, but towing it from home to a mechanic during business hours, isn't covered, and is expensive. A neighbour said rather than pay for a tow, try a mobile mechanic. So I rang the number from the ad, Lube Mobile, 13 30 32.
A helpful young mechanic named Kenneth came out, took a look, agreed with the diagnosis. He replaced the coils and the leads, in my driveway, and now my car is purring like a kitten again.
Phoning to arrange a call out was easy. I was given a two hour window for when a mobile mechanic would arrive. Half hour before the beginning of that time I received a text from Kenneth saying he was on his way. He was polite and friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He didn't try to tell me that this and that and that needed doing. He just looked over the job, agreed that it was a coil problem, took out the old coils, he took out the leads too, which were showing some wear, he went away with them, returned and put new ones in. The job, including the time to go get replacement parts, took less than two hours.
