I highly recommend this practice. I have been seeing Dr Anuk Kruavit for the past few years and we have been highly impressed with his high level of patient care and compassion he provides to his patients. Dr Kruavit thinks outside the box with complex respiratory needs, something that has been crucial to my treatment. Michelle Rozee, the Practice Manager, is equally as professional, attentive and caring, and goes above and beyond in the level of support that she provides patients - I feel so grateful to have found both Michelle and Dr Kruavit. When my condition worsened (unrelated to my treatment), the team has treated me as a high priority in organising hospital treatments and stayed in constant communication when I've needed it the most (and generally throughout the management of my conditions). I have found Dr Kruavit is very accessible for his patients and progressive in his thinking - across the medical advancements and takes a keen interest in solving my complex patient needs. Both Dr Kruavit and Michelle have also been highly approachable and have never dismissed any concerns I've had about my conditions - hard to often find with specialist services as I'm sure many would know of this. I have also found Sue (previous staff member) so helpful and lovely to communicate with over these past years - professional patient care was of utmost importance to her too.

Dr Anuk Kruavit is the best respiratory physician my wife and I have ever been to see. My wife required hospitalisation for her condition. Dr Kruavit went way beyond anything to ensure she looked after when she suffered an unexpected complication and transferred to ICU. When she finally came back to the ward, he ordered practically every test under the sun to diagnose her problem. Once the tests were complete he finally found the problem. He dealt with that as well as her breathing problems. He is fantastic. We highly recommend him to anyone with complicated respiratory conditions. Finally, we also give a big thank you to Dr Kruavit 's secretary Michelle. Her outstanding help in arranging her my wife's hospitalisation and her follow up for other matters was outstanding. She went out of her way and in her own time helped us. She is very professional and caring .

I previously saw Dr Anuk at his previous place of employment, I have spent the last few days trying to find and reach the correct person to assist me. Today their receptionist named Michelle returned my call, from the second I answered the call I could tell she has had a bad day, but I do not appreciate her taking it out on me.
She was unable to locate my files and advised she needs to reach out to the Dr to get direction and will come back to me (this is absolutely fine, I get it), when I asked for an estimated time frame as to when I may hear back, I was spoken to like a piece of dirt. She proceeded to tell me she had over 100 patients she had to follow up with, that I was only 1 of them and how she had no idea and that she was busy etc. Now the information is fine but her tone was offensive, she certainly tried to talk down to me. When I advised her that I acknowledge that she may be having a hard day but asked her not to take it out on me, she then decided to feed into this opportunity to argue and talk over me whilst being condescending.
Absolutely unimpressive. Once I get my results I will have them sent elsewhere and will never entertain your services. You are in the medical field and are working with people who have potential health issues, they should be treated with respect, compassion and kindness. Just general human kindness would have been appreciated.

DON'T GO THERE! Is all i can say. Even one star is one too many. Hopeless!
I don't understand why these people are still in business? I have been having some restrictive laboured breathing for a while here and there. Went for a lung test. Assistant did the lung test. No doctor to be seen let alone a consultation on my results. All i saw was rhe assistant talking to the Doctor in a seperate room. She came back stating i have emphysema. This diagnosis given to me is now 4 years ago! It was a wrong diagnosis. My existing heart disease and medication where not even taking in to account. Needless to say the diagnosis was totally wrong. Never the less, it scared the living daylight out of me for a while untill i realised it being wrong. My symptoms where the cause of the medication i was on.
This is sub standard and amateurish. These people need to go back to medical school and learn this profession correctly. I should have sued them for the mental anguish it caused me there for a while. My lungs are fine and exercise aerobic intensity.
I strongly recommend to seeking a place that knows what they are doing and have YOUR! best interest at heart.

Failed to undertake necessary research to identify condition, didn't read CT scans correctly, poor outcomes because more focussed on opinion of a visual reading, and not actual science and testing.
