I spoke with David S today to change my existing salary packaging and add some extra options. David S was very polite and patient with all my questions. He was thorough and able to explain everything in language I could understand. Everything was adjusted promptly and David provided great customer service. Thank you so much David :)

I spoke to the most amazing lady, Barbara Mavros, and believe it or not - it was the most fun customer service call I’ve ever had. She was so patient with me and explained things in simple terms - even if she had to explain it to me a thousand times and I had to clarify a million more times. She made sure I understood the process and would check to see if had any questions, even if they were small ones. I was worried about having a poor experience as I was the last call of the day but Barbara and I had lots of laughs throughout, it was stellar customer service! In the past, I encountered some challenges with other staff members whose responses felt a bit chilly when I sought clarification. However, Terry's warmth, patience, and respectful demeanor completely transformed my impression of AccessPay. His assistance was invaluable, and I'm truly grateful for his kindness and support.

I spoke with Priya today who was extremely patient, kind and understanding. She went out of her way to assist me & find a solution that suited my personal circumstances. Not only did she help with my immediate situation, she took it upon herself to be proactive making things easier on me in the future and took the initiative to call me back to fill me in on this. This was some of the best customer service I have received in a long time & I really appreciated her help. I rang Access-Pay to help with a query on my salary packaging after my first pay cycle, as the outcome had not been exactly what I hoped for. Not only did Nicole listen patiently, be polite and empathetic - but she got to the heart of my concern right away. Nicole is obviously well experienced and knowledgeable AND good at what she does (hard to find these days) AND was able to offer me options and a solution that was far more than I had hoped for. Nicole not only assisted me with maximizing the benefits of my salary packaging but also made this benefit far more accessible to me. I can't thank Nicole enough, as her experience, willingness to help and person-ability (lovely to deal with) has saved me the huge headache I was facing and instead made me feel far more satisfied with the outcome. I got passed around from one person to another until Nikita Shah got my call. She was very helpful in resolving all the issues I was having with my AccessPay account. From uploading docs to claiming the most I could, Nikita helped me and I’m very appreciative of that.

Last week I opened an account. Their account management and customer service team were professional, very helpful, patient, and polite. They listened to my all questions and answered them clearly. I am very happy about Lam Nguyen and Priyadarshini Kundu. There were also other employees with equal professionalism that I just can't remember their names.

I had an issue with purchasing the FBT Card at the end of the FBT F/Year. I rang and spoke with Priya who was amazing, she tried to rectify the situation to no avail but was able to offer other alternatives and assist me in various ways, spending nearly an hour on the phone with me. Priya provided great Customer Service which I haven't experienced in a long time.

David S assisted me today with my phone call. He was very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I had multiple questions and he was able to resolve all of them. It is difficult to get good phone customer service nowadays as most just want to hurry you up and get you off the line so it was great that David S was so patient.

I had a great experience today with AccessPay. I called and did not have to wait long for an answer. I had Mukesh who answered all my queries and questions and updated everything I needed. I normally find this service abit confusing but he was able to ease my mind and provide very useful information.

It was an amazing experience today talking to this wonderful person named Priya. She is very hepful and very patience and did everything she could to help me with my problem in my salary sacrifice.
