Cool little, well, knick knacks! I have found some great buys for a cheaper price, some items are better quality (crockery) than i expected!! Love this shop

Absolutely shocking customer service. No greeting upon walking in the door. Despite smiling as we left the store, neither workers returned the gesture and we were rudely demanded to show our bags and had them grabbed abruptly, almost ripping the paper bags. The store sells rubbish that I wouldn't even steal let alone buy. Too busy interrogating innocent shoppers that they almost missed someone out the front actually stealing their stock.

I bought a tablecloth from there and the shopkeeper folded it instead of rolling it up. The tablecloth wrinkled and crunched up and unable to use it. We returned it as it wasn't able to use. But they refused to refund or give a new one.

The woman that runs this franchise (Knick Knacks ) is the nastiest piece of work I've ever come across , she follows customers around the shop , right up on their backs and personal space , is verbally aggressive and obnoxious , Arndale shopping Centre Management should ' SHUT HER DOWN ' SHE'S not doing a great job for the centre's image nor for a good shopping experience .

The manager is extremely rude, quotes you one price, charges you another and then reneges what she quoted in the first place. Dare you confront her about it, she gets really nasty. You DO NOT treat customers in that manner. If your customer service isn’t up to scratch, don’t work in retail. Would not recommend anyone go there, please save yourself the headache. Awful service. Not even worth the 1 star, would give ZERO.

They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in but are all over you when you leave trying to search your bags. More overpriced than other Knick Knacks stores I've been into. Avoid and go to the one at Prospect.

Manager just looks at you and vlurts out the price.
If your not a people person you shouldnt be in this indusrty.
She may feel superior acting this way , however it makes her look quite the contrary

Found an broken item and went to show the cash register lady,she started shouting at us😠 and forcing us to pay! We didnt brake it for god sake we found it broken! She needs to learns some manners! Thats not how u treat ur customers!

The lady work here isn’t a nice service person. She seen to be very unhappy when she served and always look grumpy. I come to buy stuff not asking for free so please be nice

The person at the checkout was awful. There was no eye contact, no response to my question and no thank you during or after the transaction. Totally lacked basic CS skills. I will not shop there again.

sells illegal items such as fake pokemon cards, and puts them under "miscellaneous" to make sure they don't get into legal trouble. Super shady way they run their business, I'm surprised they're still open

One of the ladies that works there or owns the shop is very very rude..I won't be going back there ever again

Gave 1 star only because I bought what I went there for, the person who served me is the rudest person I have ever come across, no hello, won't look at you, dumps your change on the counter & no thank you, wow fantastic people skills!!!!

Yep, totally rude lady that works in there. Love the Knick knacks but not the service

No respect for customers. I just pick something up they say you have to pay for it to touch it like tf.
