RSPCA Norwood Op Shop

Little shop front with jam packed items. Well presented and has variety. Prices are a little over the top for some items that are clearly almost the at their end life. Fittings rooms are roomy and clean.
Most staff were friendly and helpful but some service could be improved.

Nice little shop, staff were friendly but there was so much fake stuff on sale.

Clearly counterfeit clothing I can understand as it's still functional, but the dvd shelf was just chocked full of clearly countefeit media.

Having been to many of their other stores and seeing how they don't let this stuff go out and train their staff in it is quite embarassing.

RSPCA opshops confirms an organisation-wide culture of haughty disdain to customers and donors. Do not be fooled by the owner’s polite public reply to my 1-star review. As requested, I emailed her on 7 March 2023. My email never received any response. Since the incident on 27/02/2023 I have redirected my donations to Vinnies, the opshop next door.

Extremely rude female staff member at 3:30pm Monday 27/02/2023.

For years I have been donating faithfully to this op shop even though there are many others on the same street. Last week I made an honest mistake and accidentally gave away all my beloved sets of gym wear and tennis dresses/skirts. I would have happily paid to get them back.

At 3:30pm on Monday 27/02/2023 I walked in and politely enquired, but was treated extremely rudely by an overweight middle aged woman whose disdainful attitude made me feel like a thief and fraud, literally asking why should she trust that I am telling the truth, what proof do I have that I am not lying etc.

The things I donate are way higher quality than what I see here but I will no longer donate here again!

RSPCA apparently love animals but hate black people. They're selling golliwog dolls, unbelievable and abhorrent.
