I have rented with Elders Capel/Bunbury for a little over a year after not renting for a long time, wow have thing have changed in property management in a good way. Chez the Senior Property Manager is just amazing on time for appointments, goes to the next level to solve any issues that arrive, works with all involved as a team for best outcomes, very contact able. Due to my property (in South Bunbury)being rented (managed by a different agency), Bec liaised with Property Manager and tenants in regards to viewings and saved me a lot of angst when things were going haywire and always had my interests at the forefront. Peter Snook helped us Buy and Sell our house. He was honest and realistic and gave great unbiased advice. Communication was extraordinary, which is essential in many ways. We would highly recommend Peter and his staff and will always use Elders in the future.

The first couple of people I spoke to were really nice and helpful, finally got to lady that handles rentals and she was just rude, wasn't interested in helping, short sharp there's no cheap rentals anywhere

Sold the property but with the least effort possible no home opens or anything.
