The installers were diligent, and when asked to make a modification to a couple of small items they did so in a co-operative manor. I highly recommend this service.

The people at the EnviroShop in Newstead have always provided me with all the information I've asked for, well before I ever bought anything from them. So when I was ready to buy it was a no brainer to go to the EnviroShop and I am not disappointed. Frank came to my home to inspect the roof and gage exactly how many panels and which orientation suited best for my system. He and the team organised everything, keeping me informed about every step. The two fabulous electricians/installeres who arrived exactly on time had the job mostly completed on day 1 when the heat finally beat them (it was a 37* day and I thought they should have knocked off earlier). They were back the next day bright eyed and bushy tailed, on time and completed the job in a couple of hours, before giving me a complete rundown on how the system operated and how to set up the App (yes an App) to check my production, consumption and feed in all in the palm of my hand.
I can't recommend the EnviroShop highly enough, they ROCK!

Very knowledgeable group, expert advice and top quality equipment. The new heat pump hot water install is a work of art and the solar is perfect. Already put 1Mwh back into the grid and barely using the grid all day. Web monitoring is good, backup power available via the optional powerpoint from the inverter.

Impressive Technical advice & discussion. Excellent quality installation by installers. Enviroshop personnel are patient and respectful who provide honest, thorough & competent services. They have provided me a range of installations Inc hot water heat pump system coupled to my solar system and I look forward to the next journey together to enhance my renewable energy goals of self sufficiency as much as is practicable. Our next project together I expect will be installation of battery back up system to fully integrate with the other renewable energy installations her at home. Enviroshop’s philosophy, as far as I can tell is “Client & Provider are in it together”. Thank you Enviroshop.

I recently purchased an Efergy Energy Monitor. I could have bought it on line but am so glad that I didnt and bought it from Frank in the EnviroShop instead. Frank has been unbelievably helpful in trying to get this gear to work, despite the fact that it is the supplier's issues. I spent an hour on the phone to an Efergy technician and called Frank, who not only offered to call them for me to clarify their advice but even sent out one of his own electricians to check my set up!! Unbelievably generous!!

So buy local and get great service!! I will be shopping here for all my needs now on. Thanks Frank.
