It is one of the 5 beaches in Venus bay. It is a beautiful beach and it is having a good coastline for walking. It is easy to get in. Good for surfing, the waves are roaring. However, part of the drive to the beach is on a gravel road, it has a limited car park and it doesn't have life savers. It's recommended to visit this beautiful beach!

This is my local beach. All the beaches at Venus Bay are beautiful, but I still like this one the best. Perfect sands and roaring waves in the winter. Sparkling seas and pink sunsets in the summer. Best thing I love about it is that so few people come here it’s still untouched and pristine. Highly recommended.

A serene spot to park and admire the waves crashing against the shore.

One of the best beaches at Venus Bay! Beautiful sand and relatively untouched! Dogs are allowed on leash most times, although given the size of the beach most allow their dogs off leash.

The beach itself is huge and there's no risk of overcrowding given the limited number of visitors. Roaring waves and stunning sunsets make this a great place to visit.

This is an amazing beach 🏖. Big warning: there is no shade, parking is limited and there’s no lifeguard, so watch out for big waves and rips.

Road is very narrow and there is no proper parking. Cars come up and down frequently during summer and makes it hard for the walkers

Great Views of bass strait. Clean quiet beach. Very good fishing. Don't swim here unless it's patrolled.

Love this beach. Has the shortest but sharpest path down there though

Very nice beach, limited parking at busy times. Note, highly frequented by (organised?) Chinese groups to dig up pipis which may limit beach activities like frisbee ... at certain areas of the beach.

Limited parking space, no amenities (water, toilet etc) but stunning beach.

Steep access to the beach, but worth it. During high tide there's the possibility to surf.

About Venus Bay
Township in Australia

Venus Bay is a wide bay and a township on that bay on the east coast of Victoria, Australia. At the 2016 census Venus Bay had a population of 944. The name Venus Bay was given to the bay by a French expedition under Nicholas Baudin. This was apparently after George Bass's trading ship the Venus. The town of Venus Bay is situated on a narrow peninsula of land located 180 km south-east of Melbourne. Originally named Evergreen the town takes its name from the body of water on its western shore. On the eastern side of the peninsula is Anderson's Inlet, named after the settler Samuel Anderson. source
