Shambhala Health & Healing

I’ve been doing Yoga classes with Shambhala Health & Healing for a while now. Carolyn makes all feel very welcome, there’s a nice personal touch, and some fun in the sessions. She is very attentive to all, especially if you are a beginner. The class numbers are small, and I often feel that I’m getting almost a one on one session, and I’m sure others in the class feel the same way.
In a class she is aware if anyone has an injury, or special need, and will give them a specific different pose, to the others, to ensure the injury/need is protected. Before I started with her I had constant lower back pain every day. She saw me through that, and now it’s gone! I notice that her skill as a masseuse, with knowledge of muscles, tendons etc strongly compliments her care of her yoga students.
Before I started with Shambhala Health & Healing because of my age and life style, my flexible was decreasing, my back was rounding, and I had poor core strength. Now I have better flexibility and balance than my fit nephew, who is 30 years younger, and I continue to improve!
