Coming up on a year ago I lost my driving license DUI . I was advised by some of my friends that I should go and talk to Joe o Neill and his team . I am now very pleased to say that with the help and expertise of one of his colleagues which was kasey Hayden I get my license back in a week or so which is 1 year since the offence , I have to add that this was the best outcome I could have wished for under the circumstances and without Kasey’s excellent and impressive case she put forth to the judge on my behalf I’m certain I would have been dealt a much much harsher punishment. This firm was poor in its due diligence of a scammer.
it has become very apparent their lawyer Delaney did very little due diligence and implicated his firm and legitimised the scammer and his fraudulent documents costing many millions of dollars.
the victims had a level of comfort and reassurance following Delaney's confirmations, which were poorly researched !
I think it was a case of greed vs prudent legal procedure and certainly a lack of duty of care for their clients and co

i used this firm some time ago. i was recommended by friends and agreed on $1500 for representation in court. got a $1300 premature invoice which included several $40 for missed phone calls and $60 for received phone calls from a receptionist. didn't follow up on requests and my instructions, i believe this lack of empathetic and professional service was because this firm didn't want the case or have the confidence to win. they also never turned up to court as i couldn't afford another $1500 up front. guess what. i represented my self and i won my case! this firm are a joke who lack confidence in what they state they are professionals at. i found much better lawyers at much more reasonable rates in Lismore.
