St Marys Community Health Centre

Visited St Mary’s Community Hospital Tasmania on Saturday 2-4-22 at 3pm. My symptoms were sore throat and swelling under chin. The Sister who cared for me is an absolute credit to your organisation. She cared for me with genuine concern and sympathy. She went to the trouble of phoning after hours Doctor who diagnosed my condition and gave me medication to help my condition. Thank you for your help and truely wish you the best for the future. Credit to your profession.

if it wasn't for the nurse I would not give any stars.
Waited 4 weeks for an appointment at 1:15pm Thursday 4th April, took time of work, drove 30km to get there, arrived, went through the preliminaries & was told it would be a couple of minutes before I see the doctor. The waiting room was empty, waited 30 min & then the doctor took another person in before me, waited another 15min & still no consultation.. SO I LEFT!!!
you would think that a surgery that has taken 4 weeks to get into would not be so apathetic in their dealing with my appointment...
I will be notifying medi-care there was no consultation provided & why, along with a chronology of the event to the A.M.A.
