Walking track and campground are unbelievable. I didn't think there were cliffs this size in Australia. The pictures don't do it justice. Toilet was very clean and reasonable, highly recommend this campground!

One of our favourite nat-park escapes, the rim walk gives a great view of the gorge from all angles. The camp area suits everything from swags & tents to medium sized 'vans or smaller motorhomes. There are tables & benches and fireplaces & BBQ's for each site, and firewood provided! and the Toilets? How about flushing loos on TILED floors!
No showers or potable water... But only $12.00 per site p/n.

Amazing location, close to Walcha.
Great waterfall and valley to check out.
Good camping sites, but they need to be booked. You need to take your own wood if you are planning on a fire.
It gets very cold there in the winter months.
Was there in June, minus 4 deg c overnight.

Brilliant campground. The Rangers bring in firewood. There are fire pits with bar-b-ques at every spot.
The place is well kept, toilets are clean and well maintained.
The gorge next door is amazing .

Great camp grounds with food facilities. Pitty the falls didn't really flow. Not much water despite the heavy rains before.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Apsley Falls Campground. There are only 14 campsites and there is plenty of space between each site (we couldn't even see the other campsites from our site). The toilets were immaculate with the ranger(s) stopping by a couple of times per day at least. The inclusion of a picnic table, fire pit, cooking BBQ at each campsite (and the free firewood) was an unexpected bonus. We even got to see kangaroos, wallabies, possums, lots of bird life and the falls themselves are really impressive. For the money you pay, definately worth it.

Camping, camping trailer and caravan sites. Good toilet facilities with water for washing (but not drinking). Sites along eastern side provide views over the gorge.

One of our favourite campgrounds so far with a stunning deep gorge with waterfalls. We saw possums, wallabies and kangaroos and a big brown snake on the rim walking track. Not many campers we booked and paid $12.50 a night. Walcha is near by with a great gin bar, cafes and fancy fruit market with gourmet delights.

This campsite is worthy of 5 stars because NSWPS do a superb job keeping bathrooms clean, supplying loads of firewood and providing a terrific private campsite for a van with private fire pit, park style table and benches and all beside the amazing Aspley Gorge. Well done. $6 per person is fantastic value.
No phone service. Who cares.
