Mile End Hotel

Four of us went to the hotel for a birthday dinner for myself. All our meals were served promptly and were delicious. One of the staff noticed I was opening birthday cards and much to my surprise, a short time later she came back with a card with birthday wishes written inside and also to go to the bar for a complimentary drink or dessert! This was most unexpected and a lovely gesture, thank you! Such a lovely old pub with decades of memories no doubt. Can recommend this lovely hotel for your next night out.

We celebrated a belated family Christmas at the Mile End Hotel. The staff were spectacular in helping us plan the lunch and went above and beyond on the day to make sure we all had a great time. They even found some Christmas decorations from storage to make it extra special. Everybody enjoyed their meals. One of our group is sensitive to chili and asked to have no chili on their pasta and it was perfect for them. The two other people found it a bit spicy so just ask and the staff will be more than accommodating. Thanks again to all who looked after us. It may well become a regular event for us!

We had lunch on a warm Sunday afternoon. The chicken burger and chicken Parmi were cooked to perfection and Dom the lady who served us was definitely an asset to the hotel. Her attention to us was observant , not pushy and wanting to offer good customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be returning for another meal. Well done.

We called in for lunch and had the BEST salt & pepper squid ever, plus a GF Gnocchi. Care was taken to ask all the right questions about allergies and meals came out in no time! This pub has such an awesome vibe and lovely staff. We'll be back.

Have been to dinner a handful of times and had nothing but exceptional service. Staff are very friendly, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you :)

Just a beaut character pub with good food and drinks selection. Definitely feels like an Aussie pub compared to many in Adelaide that have gone too modern and lost its actual pub appeal. With friends/family at each end of Adelaide, it's always the best spot to meet in the middle.

I went to a wake today at this pub and the service we received from a lovely girl named Ali was 5 star , she was run off her feet, but did an outstanding job. Made sure everyone there was catered for very well. Thank you Ali you were awesome

Today I visited this place called The mile end hotel with all my friends and I was stunned by my experience and waitress Domenica she made my night so much better and excited to get the amazing table service I was given luxury compliments and ongoing appreciation attention give to me and my friends we enjoy the excitement the ongoing table service, the good recommendations the jokes that ongoing are you okay is your food okay? Do you want to exchange things and asking very open questions being very polite and making us feel very welcome and showing us great great attention and customer service that most restaurants don’t do here. It was very happy with my friends and the beverage with stunning design and the area look so funk and pretty very relaxed so much better then other restaurants. And the waitress Domenica’s even said good bye to us we will definitely come back here.

Me and my friend came back to mile end hotel we so happy see same waitress again Domenica she gave us fantastic customer service again we order Tommy Margaritas cocktail by pass and rymill standard 150 mls glasses wines 2 Lois lane glasses of champagne we sit on tables 36 she gave us amazing fantastic customer service again plus tables service again so happy see her again thankyou for hospitality again Domenica’s

Today I decided to come back to mile end to enjoy another experience. I enjoy coming to this pub, I loved the chicken burger and fruit tingle was very tasty worth the money. Today the same waitress severed me again very lovely lady always asking how you are and if your alright even gave my dog some water to drink. She’s very skilled lady always having a nice conversation with her. She should be given a metal. Worth the money time and experience overall (Location 3/5) (Food 4/5) (Service 5/5)

Such a funky pub on the outskirts of the city. Different themed rooms. The staff were ace, engaging and fun to chat with. LOVED the salmon. Delicious! Will be back.

I came from Melbourne for a corprate event for a weekend. The result of my stay was beyond all expectation. From the moment I checked in I was greeted with the upmost dignity and respect. I stayed up and ahead a few shots at the main bar and was given the most incredible ke service and conversation by Carlie. I would come back again from Melbourne just because the service and respect I received is not something I find in Melbourne on a good day!!! I highly recommend the mile end hotel, tell Charlie that Anthony sent you!!!

I had my birthday lunch there today with a group of 14 and could not be happier with the service! This is the second birthday we've had there in a month and the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The food is amazing with plenty of gluten free options, and big portion sizes. Best customer service experience I've ever had, I'll definitely be going back!

Dropped in for lunch - very welcoming staff & the food was great! Enjoyed chicken parmigiana & fish and chips.

My go-to place when visiting ADL. Close to trains, trams and buses. Traditional style pub with friendly atmosphere and service.

Had lunch there. Steak was tender and tasty. Decor was unusual, interesting and quirky. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Art, food full of flavour and texture and relaxed atmosphere. Come with a healthy appetite because the servings are generous. Loved the use of panko crumbs for the schnitzels and fish. Management on duty Sunday lunch was wonderfully kind to us. My teenager is autistic and their sensory issues does extend to food. The manager let us order the fish and chips from the kid's menu. Made for a positive experience. This is uncommon and it made our day.

A delicious birthday lunch.. The crab linguine was one of the best.. and the service was excellent.. a perfect place for a weekday lunch ☺
