When making a booking the reception go above and beyond to meet my family's requirements. The dentist is very gentle, explains everything clearly and very thorough. Both Charlotte and Antony made my family feel welcome and relaxed. Absolutely recommended, wouldn't take my family anywhere else. Thanks for looking after my family's teeth and gums with such care and great customer service. I do enjoy somewhere I feel welcome.

I have been going to larger corporation dentistry service and found that I was receiving extremely inconsistent dental care and conflicting advice. So I decided to make the change to No Gap Smiles at Raymond Terrace. I was unfortunately late for my appointment and Joel at No Gap Smiles still made the time to see me. He gave me really great advice and explained to me in a way I understood about my dental concerns. He also was able to file out and even my front teeth (due to chipping) which gave me a new smile on the spot. I will definitely be making Joel my regular dentist and I highly recommend.

You need to ensure you have enough cash or don't forget your card. Even with private dental coverage I left feeling humiliated. Wouldn't accept payment over the phone. Was compared to Woolworths who have accepted over the phone payments.
