I would warn anybody considering using A1 to seriously consider going somewhere else.
Peter didn't want to find the parts to fix my vehicle, even though with a quick google search every part needed could be found. He then wanted me to do all of the finding and ordering of the parts.
He had the insurance job and acted so unprofessionally.
Eventually it came to a head when I had a tip off phone call to inform me that Peter was trying to submitted a quote that would have left the repair job only half done. Taking the advice I very quickly went just out of town where I have been professionally looked after.
A friend told me that he had his wife's car repaired by A1 and that the wheel nuts were left untightened resulting in the wheel coming loose. Peter blamed his apprentice, but the fact is that it is his responsibility to check off on the work.

If I could give them no stars I would. The young lady at the front counter needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and having the right attitude when dealing with customers. Had my car out in for repairs specifically asked her to ensure the bullbar on my car to be the exact same as the one ordered. Even went to lengths to give her the part number, so she orders a bullbar almost $1000 less than the one I had on my car. Refused to show us the one she ordered, so asked the gentleman who does the work to show us once arrived and of course not a genuine one and not the right one on my car. Told them to please send back and order correct one and was denied this, so they called the insurance company and told them they don't want to deal with us anymore. Had this been done correctly in the first place we would have had no issues!

If I had a choice to take my car elsewhere would have.. quoted repair then don't order all parts need. Only needed for 5 days, extended to 10 days, then had to take back 2 weeks later to finish job.
Bad communication hard to get hold of, do yourself a favour find another repairer

Poor customer service.. car went in for repair and come out worse. Won't take any responsibility for their poor workmen ship...
