I cannot recommend more highly the service & advice I received from Glenn Mitcham (& staff) of Valla Real Estate. His approach, honesty, attitude and ethics were second to none. We achieved a sale price far higher than we realistically expected to and I'm sure we set at least a street record and probably a suburb record with the sale of our property with him (like for like basis). If you want an easy, honest, informative & knowledgeable salesperson, do not look any further!

We initially had an amazing property manager however towards the end had Maggie and Anita property managers who was pushy, misrepresenting the initial state of the property and were trying to charge us multiple call out fees.

Very stressful, unpleasant and unsatisfactory interactions/ management are my honest experiences regarding my investment property.
It is my truthful opinion that i cannot recommend their services.
