Hillside Harvest

Stopped in to pick some fresh figs & apples, and ended up staying for 3 nights.
Paula & hubbie (owners) offered for us to park the caravan around the back in the orchard ... an chance to good to miss.
Loved the whole experience of staying there. Wandered around the property & got the opportunity to improve my photography skills.
Caravans must be self-sufficient (Water, Power, Toilet & Grey Water Retention). $25 a night.

Nice place to spend an hour or two or more picking your own fruit. We picked stone fruit (nectarines and peaches) and black berries. We were able to take our dog as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady packed our fruit in boxes. It's got apples and cherries as well (seasonal) not too far from Orange. The fruit is juicy and tasty. Highly recommend a visit here.

Great little place for apple picking with the family. $5 per a bucket and then you pay for the apple you pick by weight. The kids can run freely up and down the orchids. A great photo op. Apples were also very sweet and crisp. I saw they also had other fruits available, so would be lovely to come back in Spring.

You can also find a lively selection of locally made products such as oils, dips, jams & candles

I recommend calling to check if the fruits you want are available before going to be safe.

Paula and her family are fantastic people they have the best cherries 🍒 in Orange for picking, the only downside is the toilets 🚻 please keep clean. Though can understand this time of year can get busy

Great experience friendly staff, awesome blackberry, apples and plums. Shop full of goodies as well, cherry juice is a stand out.

The place was not crowded at all when we visited. Lots of fruit from variety of fruits to pick and they were soo juicy and delicious. Price is very worthy.

One the best fruit picking places I have been in NSW. We had the chance to pickup apples and plums. Very big area to pick fruits. They have a large variety of fruits but we were a bit late in the season.

Went there by the end of Dec and only cherry is available for picking at that time. Both black cherries and white cherries are in high quality, juicy and sweet. More importantly, the price is very reasonable.

Fantastic place to visit, a great selection of produce in the shop, the staff were lovely and we picked some absolutely delicious cherries. Highly recommended.

We paid $8/kg for pick your own cherries, which is a steal. The staff just handed us buckets and pointed us in the right direction. It was a really fun morning activity for the family, and we didn't need much for lunch afterwards 😀

So much fun picking the cherries and boysenberries. The Cafe was lovely and the staff were friendly.

Great activity to do with kids. We went during cherry picking season and it was $8/kg. Beautiful scenery and friendly staff.

Love this place. Doing the orchard walk to pick my apples and plums- irresistible! The Gala apples so crisp off the tree. The plums so beautifully ripe. I so admire families who work the land and grow fruit for us. Go there for the tastiness of the fruit.

It was my first time to do cherry picking and this place is really fantastic. I had the best time picking and climbing at the trees 😁
