Great lunch 2day, hamburger and chips with gravy, very nice, of course washed down with a couple of coldies 🍺🍺😋😋😊⚘

If love a decent country pub then put this place on your list.
From the moment we stepped in the staff were terrific. Polite, witty and friendly.
The place was very clean and well looked after. This extended to the "personal relief rooms"(loos), which were the cleanest I've experienced in ages! (Ditto from the missus.)
Wine selection was quite good, a step up from most.
A few excellent craft beers available as well, so gets a tick from me!
Menu is quite reasonable, not huge, but quite enough to satisfy most.
Food ordered was excellent and quite a step up from a lot of pubs I've visited within the last year.
Empty plates were cleared quite quickly which something I do appreciate.
We visited the Monday before ANZAC day, where most businesses were closed at most towns along the way, however, we were thankful the Canowindra Hotel had the good foresight to open.
Plenty of parking, either on street or around the rear.

Popped in for lunch and was surprised how lovely the back garden was to sit and eat we had a chicken ceasur salad and a chicken burger and was watching all the lovely meals coming out, we really enjoyed our lunch and the beer was crisp and cold would definitely recommend visiting this hotel.

One of the few establishments open early to mid week, it was a delight to have dinner at the Canowindra Hotel. A delicious scotch fillet and chips was exactly what the doctor ordered. Friendly staff, prompt service with a smile. Definitely worth dropping by. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great steak.

This is the best pub meal I've had for years. All three meals were excellent and the staff are very friendly. Good prices too.

Had such a great pub meal tonight, we wanted to make sure we wrote a review to tell the world how great the Schnitz and Parmas are... all in a lovely outdoor patio setting! Will make a special trip to come back for sure 😁

Wet and miserable day, needed access for elderly Aunt with a walker... such wonderful help and nothing was too much trouble! Thanks for a great pub lunch and definitely going the extra mile!

After cycling from Eugowra this was a treat. A lovely cool beer garden a cold craft beer (Kosciusko) and the BEST hamburger we have had in the Central West ! The service was also friendly and welcoming.

Very welcoming hotel. Great menu and really nice beer. A must stop if travelling through or staying for the weekend.

The restaurant has a varied menu and all in our party were happy with their choice. Also my guests at Waddell Studio Apartments have been happy with their visit. Top points to the Canowindra Hotel for serving food early week when there is nowhere else to eat in Canowindra. I continually recommend this venue to my guests.
