I found the guys at the store very helpful. One tool I wanted was custom-order only, so I ordered, then few days later I called to check ETA and got a clear and sensible explanation. Overall very helpful.

I'm just rating by service I made an online order for click and collect Wingfield didn't have it in stock so they transferred my store to Thebarton I really needed to collect it by a certain date so I called the store to make sure it would be there I spoke to a guy named Geoff and he was very polite very helpful he went and checked and said they have some in stock and will keep a look out for my order. He called me back told me I will be able to pick it up today before I got a confirmation order. He didn't have to call me or or be as helpful as he was. Very pleased with the customer service..

I cannot compliment the staff more highly. They have always been friendly & helpful. Prices are good & the range of stock is unbelievable.

My only complaint is that there are always items I find too good to pass up & which I end up buying, which in turn gets me into trouble at home.

Purchased ego battery online, spoke to Ian and Dave at Thebarton store for advice prior, excellent service. Received battery in just over 24hrs. Great surprise as was expecting much longer wait time.
