Barbs is a great place to find some bargains with lots of building materials that you often don't see at other hardware places, always worth checking before you start any project, they also have a huge collection of pre owned materials from doors to ... well almost everything.

I just bought my fence pailings for a project at home. Great priced and very cheap. Barb bet bunnings by more then 10%. Will be going back to look again. Its definitely a go to place first. Love that things are being organised and cleaned up.

Ps: I went to Bunnings and proved the price to them but they would not beat it by 10%. Disappointing that they claim to do this, they also said we can't do it at that price. Shame on you Bunnings. 😕 A great win for Barb.

Possibly the best place to start looking for bits and bobs for your next project. This place has almost everything for DIY projects and house renovations. You almost can't believe how fair the prices are too. I've been going here for years. Seriously the staff are great go for a little hunt through the piles it will be worth your time and your gonna save loads of cash buying what you need from barb's.

Love Barbs! We've bought a lot of stuff for our renovations here. Very cheap! Saves a ton of money compared to going to Bunnings for the same stuff, though you can't always find what you need.

When I need to build something in the garden I always visit Barb as it’s easy to get all the timber, steel and all the fixings you need here. I have bought all my fencing from here at a price that beat everywhere else. There is so much to look at you start thinking about doing jobs you never you you needed to do 😁

I purchased all the roofing sheets,
Flashings, floor decking , and various timber from Barb's.
The lady herself was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her prices are very reasonable and often cheaper than Bunnings for new materials.
Barb's staff are friendly and helpful.
Delivery is very cheap as well.
Highly recomend you visit her yard before buying elsewhere.
