I was very impressed this morning by all your staff I was involved with. Firstly young Nick who went to the trouble to get and greet me with a trolley when he saw me coming with my cavalier in tow and her bed in hand which made it easy for me to settle her in the top of the trolley. I needed to return an item which was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly. I bought some paint and the lady at the paint counter was very helpful. I then needed to find an item and 3 staff went out of their way to help me find it. My experience at the checkout counter in the tool section was very pleasant.

I needed to return a Christmas gift which wasn't working. The staff on the return counter were really busy. Jason (a boss) was assisting someone else and when finished came to my rescue. He was brilliant, thoughtful, kind and listened to my issues. Thanks Jason. Mittagong has a great staff member.

BIG thank you to the garden team at Bunnings Mittagong. I rang in search for a pot I was wanting to buy to complete my set of 3. I couldn't find it anywhere except in their store. The only problem was I lived in Wollongong and couldn't drive to pick it up. By sunset the pot was personally delivered to my front door! Can't thank the boys enough for going above and beyond. THANK YOU!!!

What a very pleasant greeting and service I received on the 3/1/23.. I had to write to see if you could pass on to ABBIE how she made my shopping experience so happy. She met me with a beautiful smile and very pleasant greeting. Abbie is a credit to your store and if you had a monthly photo of exceptional staff she would be one of them. I am familiar with staff congregating in the tool shed having a chat but your Abbie is not one of them, she was incredible. I left the store with a smile on my face. Thank you.

We visited this Bunnings during a trip back from Sydney and the location, just off the main access road from Sydney for Mittagong, Bowral and Mossvale was very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent support and advice with the majority, that we dealt with quite young. The store was clean and well stocked and we will not hesitate to drop in there on our next trip, if we require any bits and bobs.

Great store helpful staff, but the reason for this review is aimed at the cafe. This cafe is by far the best bunnings cafe. I've been to many different bunnings locations, but this one by far takes the cake (no pun intended). There are two staff members that really make it, although still a great place to get a coffee and a bite if there not there prices are pretty on point to make a cheap feed and variety is better than most cafes I've seen I have become a regular here for my early morning red bull and donut and weekend lunches when I stop in for something the wife now comes along for the run as she to loves the place

Loving the new and improved Bunnings at Mittagong! Our delivery was a breeze thanks to the delivery driver (Michael) who not only deliverd the items without damaging them but who helped me carry them to my back yard. Super happy and grateful! 100% recommend!

Many thanks to John from the paint department. He made it a breeze to choose the most suitable paint for the exterior of our house. John always provides the best customer experience.
