I got married in May of this year (2023) wearing my beautiful gown from Jenny & Gerry’s.
I had my appointment in Jan 2023 with Sally and she was absolutely amazing. I got to try on so many different gowns and Sally was so helpful with advice and ideas on some gowns I was on the fence about. Then when the one came we knew it was it. She made it all so comfortable and fun, I wish I could do it all over again.
Fast forward to the buying and alterations. I spoke with Tonia most of the time and she is EXCELLENT. I cannot recommend her enough if you get to speak with her. She was so professional and so caring as well. I ran into some issues but Tonia went above and beyond to solve them for me.
Alterations with Michelle just behind the shop were great. Every time I went in was better and better and I couldn’t wait to try on the dress each time. My dress fit perfectly after seeing Michelle.

Jenny & Gerry’s also offer dry cleaning services on the gowns for that post wedding freshen up and it does take a bit of time, but I was in no rush as I obviously wasn’t going to wear the dress again anytime soon. But upon picking up the dress the lovely Tonia was there and we went through and looked at the dress and veil before I left and it was beautiful.

I had an amazing experience here, again Tonia was an absolute pleasure to speak with and was so helpful throughout the whole process. I genuinely wish I could do it again. Thank you ❤

Had the best experience at Jenny & Gerry's with finding my Wedding Dress! It was exactly the image I had in my mind and with my little details I could provide, Santina who was my consultant hit the nail on the head with the dresses I tried on and we found THE ONE! From start to finish of the appointment Santina was going above and beyond running around fetching dresses she thought I would love. I can not thank her enough for the whole experience.

I am so happy I made the decision to come here! Initially I came because they stocked a dress brand (and particular dress) I had found online. Unfortunately the particular dress sample had been sold to another bride who needed it due to an emergency, but Sally was incredible during my initial appointment, both being very helpful and very honest (i.e. a non-strapless would cost a huge amount to alter to strapless as you would have to add in structure to hold it up, which another store had told me would be easy and cheap to do!?). Sally did her absolute best and tried to help me understand how the sample would have looked using similar dresses, as well as just trying a few other dresses I liked. I tried on a lot of beautiful dresses but Sally could see I had my heart set on the missing one, and then took the chance to ask for and get approval to re-order the sample, despite us not knowing if I would like it when it got here. Tonia was on emails and kept me up to date with the dress sample, letting me know as soon as it was in Australia. Sally helped me again in my follow up appointment to try the sample, and there was no pressure despite the fact that they had risked ordering a sample just for me, just her being helpful and giving great suggestions and advice with our questions. I am so happy Sally and Tonia worked on this for me, as the dress was the one! I could not be happier and would definitely recommend making an appointment here if you are a bride looking for a beautiful dress and great staff who make you feel comfortable, talk through everything with you, don't rush you, and are candid and helpful.

The incredible variety and staff make you feel like a princess. I’ve had some not so great experiences at other bridal shops so this was so refreshing! A pivotal moment for my soon to be step daughter and me. She was beaming from ear to ear and loved trying on dresses too. Thanks a bunch !!

I could not be more pleased with Jenny & Gerry’s bridal! I had been recommended to come here as other people I know got their dress from here. This was my first ever appointment trying on wedding dresses and boy was I very impressed. My consultant was Mary and she is so lovely, kind, patient and fun! She made me feel very comfortable and made the process enjoyable. I really liked their store and the range of dresses they have. It was even a nice temperature in the store, and there was enough time to be in the dresses and try them on. I couldn’t be more happy. I had lunch and then came back and said yes to the dress!! Even got to meet Jenny herself. They were all so lovely. I am over the moon and I love my dress. I highly recommend going here!! 🤍🤍

Such a special experience shopping here, Mary was so lovely and wanted to genuinely help me find the perfect dress rather than sell me a dress at the highest price. Such a huge range of dresses in store and Mary was able to fit the brief perfectly when helping me choose dresses to try on. Felt very listened to rather than rushed or pressured.

I cannot fault this beautiful company and their personnel. I was more than terrified walking in to try on wedding for the first time ever, however I was blessed to be working with Sally. Sally was so wonderful in listening and encouraging me throughout my whole experience. She was so inclusive of my family I had with me and I felt she was genuinely on my team from the very start. Without any expectations, I went in to my appointment at Jenny & Gerry’s Bridal Centre just to take a look at a few wedding dresses. I had no idea what I wanted or what to even try on. I was helped by Mary; she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted, showed me options I didn’t think that I would like to figure out what my shape and style is. I actually unexpectedly purchased a wedding dress today (yay!) which was suggested by Mary. The entire experience was fantastic, but it was made the more special with my experience with Mary. I can’t wait to see my dress when it comes in. I would absolutely recommend Jenny & Gerry’s to all of my friends and family.

All the ladies were absolutely lovely, especially Mary my bridal consultant. She made me feel special and relaxed. She pointed out things (like my face lighting up over a dress I put on) that I wouldn't have normally noticed which made my decision easier and confident that I had found the dress for me.

I cannot state enough how amazing the entire experience has been. Sally made me feel so comfortable and helped me find a dress that was in my budget and looked incredible. The entire booking process was also simple, with Jenny and the entire team being so accommodating to fit me in. I am so excited to receive my dress and I am just so thrilled that they have helped me so much. Sally made it the most amazing experience and one I will not forget!
