Steve is a very good bike mechanic and he runs a good shop. I recently took my bike in for a service and new tyres, brake pads & chain ring.
I could not be happier with how my bike goes now and I am very satisfied with his customer service and his attention to detail.
I have tried some of the bigger bike shops in the past - they have all been more expensive & their customer service ranged from dis interest to barely adequate.
So I will certainly be bringing any more business that I have in the future back to Steve - because I am very satisfied with his customer service and his prices.

Steve has been very helpful in ordering both children's and adult bicycles, at a discounted price. The orders arrived in a timely fashion.

A real shame another Local Bike Shop closed down !

Decided to support the local shop instead of the big boys. Was happy with the service. Prompt response via email and was patient with me making my decision. Not a big choice on goods but could order in what you need if you know what you want. If you would like the personal touch then i would recommend this. If you need to browse and chat to a lot of staff members then stick with the big brand bike shops.
