Hungry Jack's Burgers West Terrace

My order on Saturday night was completely wrong. Totally understand becuase it was so busy! Missing items and totally incorrect. Called up straight away and my details were taken.

Went back today at 7pm and spoke with the staff and let them know about what happened. Staff were great and apologetic. Great customer service is hard to find. Thank you to Charlotte, Jay and Bec! Keep up the great work!

Had to fight off a mentally ill crackhead and lock the door to protect two teenagers who were attacked by her out front. However, the whopper cheese I had was absolutely phenomenal. I would have sworn the bun was a brioche it was so fresh, soft, and shiny. Every other ingredient in the whopper with cheese was equally delightful. Customer service was great although nobody offered to fend off the crack head. God bless west terrace hungy jacks.

Better than average standard for preparation of food, despite going there only early in the morning after work.
Basically just a drive in apart from a couple of chairs.

I have had ALOT of chicken royales, from many different hungry jacks. the chicken royale i ordered from the west terrace shop was the BEST chicken royale i have ever had in my entire life. perfectly crisp chicken, not shy with the mayo and fresh lettuce. it made me want to come back and give the cook a handshake to properly thank him.

Staying at the Rydges in Adelaide and unfortunately apart from pub meals not much is around so have ordered food from here on couple of occasions and is good value and food

It is very nice! All the female staff are friendly, nice and smiling. Rarely seen a make staff. They serve with proud. They never served me any dish with anything less in it as I have seen this happened to many stores and brands. Quick and responsible service. I wish royale chicken meal should come back to deal ✅

They're very consistent here. For decades this place has provided consistent quality, fast service. The drive through late at night is a great way to end the night after a long evening. Almost Took off one star because we had to wait a long time last time in the drive through last visit. Obviously it's fast food so you get what you pay for.

Excellent customer service by Manager Hugo & his team today . Discussed a drive through order of onion rings order that needed some attention. Request was handled very professionally and service delivered beyond expectation with some extra chips for the kids as freebies to cover the inconvenience . Excellent team work. One more reason I choose HJ west terrace over any other competitor 👍🏼Keep up the good work.

Onion rings was good. I ordered hot chocolate and made with syrup and too sweet for me. The burger is ok.

Ordered a cheesburger on saturday night in drive thru 15 mins wait. Very slow

Service was so quick here. I only ordered a soft serve but it was so massive and filled with ice cream unlike any other one I have visited. Was so happy with this surprise haha. Very tidy and clean inside

Hungry Jacks has my favourite burger (the Whopper). Tried the new Fried Chicken Burger. Was good, but needed a little more flavour - might try the spicy one next time. Good sized, thick fillet. This store is connected to a Shell Petrol Station. Convenient place to grab a quick bite while working in the CBD.

Good fast food, the Australian version of Burger King in the U.S. The food was good, the menu had a lot of variety, and the service was fast.

Vegan food, the manager was very helpful and honest - he explained that the Rebel patties are plant based but they get cooked with the meat products (that's intended and deliberate - it acquires the bbq taste that way) and I should get the vegan whopper to avoid the meat products entirely.
I am very grateful he explained this to me, - I had been ordering the Rebel patties but don't now - now I get the vegan whopper which is scrumptious.

Love the shake n win in the App. I got the Cheese burger and 3 nuggets. By adding a drink, I was able to make a cheap lunch for myself. The staff at West Terrace were great!
