Great service from Michelle, fast postage. After I made an online purchase I received an email from Michelle saying that in their quality control check before sending out the LP they decided to downgrade it from NM- to VG. They offered to cancel the order for a full refund or a partial refund if I still wanted the LP. On this occasion, I was happy with the VG and happy that they were honest sellers who contacted me in advance to resolve the issue. Will happily recommend and deal with again.

Awesome experience! This shop is well worth a visit. With rare and hard to find titles a plenty, there is definitely something for everyone!! I was rapped to find that some of the deleted CD's I had been hunting for everywhere, were there waiting for me. I have honestly never seen such an impressive selection and volume of vinyl, cassettes and CD's anywhere else, Shell and Phil are two of the nicest people you are ever likely to meet! Loved the shop so much, that we went back again the next day to hunt for more treasures!! Thanks Phil for your brilliant mix of tunes to shop to, it was like the soundtrack to my youth, and thanks to Shell for all your help and the good company 🎼

I would love to rate it higher than 5-star if I could. The people there are so nice, friendly and professional, and they helped me find what I had been looking for for a very long time. I'd highly recommend this shop to be the first one to go to if you are looking for something, CD, Cassette or Vinyl, they may have all you need. And they will be very happy to find what you need for you if they don't have stock in.

great personal service by people who know the game inside out. their knowledge is unsurpassed and nothing is too much trouble and IF they have not got then they shift heaven and earth to find what you are wanting from aust and overseas cant recommend highly enough and the service is what it says-- service for the customer and nothing is left undone to get the result that you the customer is after. if these people dont satisfy your needs then you must be the original customer from hell and you should look in the mirror. old fashion service at great prices with quality goods and expert knowledge and expertise. shipping is quick and on time and packed so that even aust post cant damage well done phil and shell and good luck

An undiscovered gem store hosting an eclectic selection that is hard to come by. The owners are more than happy to share their music knowledge with you and take time to help you find whatever you are after. Enjoy browsing with a record on and have a chat. Does not get better..
