I called on a Monday to enquire about having my car serviced. Everything was explained really thoroughly to me and in a really friendly manner. My car was able to be booked in the following day and the communication was great and the team treated me as though I had been a loyal client for years.

Just a great bunch of guys who didn't steer us wrong, took the time to explain what the problem was after it had been diagnosed just a few minutes later, so, yeah, really good.

I took my car in with a minor problem, while it was in I also had it serviced. Problem sorted and job done well and explained well with very friendly service. All in walking distance too. I will definitely bring my car back for service and repairs.

Tom was amazing. He diagnosed a problem caused by a Kia service and was willing to book me in a month before they were because it was a safety issue. I will service my car with him from now on.

My wife came down to get a puncture repaired after we saw a screw in our back tyre. I know if I had taken it out the tyre would no doubt have deflated immediately!
Mark took care of us, removed the screw, tested for leaks, and found no repair was required. We was really professional and my wife couldn't speak more highly of her experience.
Definitely recommend coming down here for a good, honest service.

I have used Ultra Tune Campbelltown for several years and never had a problem. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always accommodating, whether it's returning my car to me at work or ensuring certain tasks are not carried out due to my own restrictions.

They have always provided a price up front for works to be done and adhered to car model service log books. They communicate efficiently should they need to do anything else that may be found.

They also offer to show the parts of the car that are having the problems so that you can see the issues yourself.

I highly recommend the Campbelltown Service Centre.

Never been here before today, but asked them to have a look at our AC on our new (to us) 2015 Mazda 2.
They did a diagnosis and even showed me what they found.
They suggested we investigate new car warranty as it should still be covered, and it was.
They didn't charge a dime for the time they spent on it and quoted roughly the cost if they were to repair it.

They are all friendly and trustworthy people that I will certainly be going to see in the future for any other mechanical needs.
