It has been such a delight to go through the experience with this great team of professionals from IQ Capital Group providing us with exceptional service and communication all the way through the process. From the word go Dimi guided us, me and my wife, and this has continued on in to the future, The whole team is so supportive that there is no effort you put. Our investment property was completed in record time and within 2 weeks of completion we had tenants moving in on a higher yield than we expected. We are so great full for stumbling across IQ we have and will continue recommending them.

My partner and I first met with Dimi from IQ in late 2020. Dimi went out of her way to meet with us and answer all our questions. She made us feel at ease. Things progressed very quickly and before we knew it we had an investment property with tenants. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Susan, Amarjot and the wonderful Vernisa in the IQ Tax Team. For the 5 years I have been with IQ Capital Group they have been 100% supportive, knowledgeable, approachable and have answered all my questions related to tax and property of which I am a novice. No question was too much trouble, and they have all taught me a lot and given me confidence. I first heard of IQ Capital in late 2020 and finally committed in early 2021. I wish I had found them earlier! My wife and I have recently completed our first construction with IQ capital, this was finished very quickly and was rented for an excellent return within 1 week of completion. The IQ group were always on hand to assist and to make sure the process was as simple as possible. They are a very professional group and offer an excellent service to their clients. From the outset, meeting with Dimi and then with Dimi and Rochelle. These meetings which we found very comforting, professional and the whole process to be so easy to understand, understanding how simple (with the right help and guidance) how we could manage our finances and make better use from them.
I was in business in the UK for many years and unfortunately adopted a sceptical attitude towards financial companies and hard sales staff, however I thought well just meeting with IQ staff I had nothing to lose but my time, this was one of the best time investments I have ever made!!!
There was no hard pushy sales pitch, no pressure to move forward and no commitment from the outset. So after a number of meetings both my wife and I decided to move forward with IQ Capital.
We started the process with IQ Capital and it’s been nothing but plain sailing. The staff at IQ Capital have been impeccable, courteous and so helpful, their knowledge in this industry is of the highest standards. If I’m completely honest I tried to find fault, but could not find any flaws whatsoever, if anything they have been flawless.
We both are very happy with the outcome from IQ Capital/staff and what they have achieved for us so far, we still remain with them today and are keen to keep using them for many more years!!

We have been working with IQ for close to 6yrs.

Sheldon certainly made us feel comfortable during the advise process. It is not always easy meeting and conversing for the first few times via video link, but he made conversation easy and were able to strike a nice balance between getting the work done and keeping the meeting feel easy and friendly. Meeting with him face to face was also great and we appreciated being able to accommodate us having our 8 month old at the meeting.

Things were explained well and if further clarification was required he was able to provide information that assisted our understanding. We were very informed re next steps and time frames, and he was professional and clear and always did what he said he was going to do.

As a result, we have much more clarity over our finances, and would recommend IQ and Sheldon because they are approachable, genuine and care about providing a good service.

Dimi has been incredible. We have nothing but the highest respect for her, for the way she has taken care of us since coming on board with IQ Capital. Having had a really bad experience with another company, we were extremely sceptical and wary about putting our trust in anyone else. These feelings disappeared as soon as we met Dimi. She really listened to our needs and took the time to explain IQ Capital's strategies to us, showing us how we could pay off our mortgage quicker, reduce our tax and start building wealth for our families future. It was easy to see that she 'genuinely cared' ( that meant everything to us. Genuine people are hard to find - we lost faith that like you still existed in this world! Sheldon is great to work with, communication was excellent and incredibly patient and personable.
