I have been purchasing products from Clothing Concepts for 26yrs.
Angelo has been amazing with his customer service and product knowledge in providing me with great gifts I give out every year to my valued clients.

First time we used Creative Concepts and couldn't speak highly enough about the service I received. Theresa and Angelo are great to deal with.
I will be using these guys again .

I have been to the store before and found Theresa to be arrogant but my latest experience takes the cake. Went to the store to return work pants purchased the same day, which didn't match the shirts I already had, not wanting a refund just an exchange. The resulting experience was nothing more than disgraceful customer service.

While discussing the exchange Theresa went from Jekyll to Hyde, raising her voice stating "I did YOU the favour" and " you're going to work, not dinner love". Now remember I only wanted to exchange the pants for a shirt which in fact would've increased the initial sale by $25! This is not an isolated incident, work colleagues have described her disgusting demeanour before including one who was over-charged for a work shirt only to have the refund offered only as a cheque. As I understand consumer law, you are entitled to have a refund in the same manner that the purchase was paid.

My incident has been reported to HR and am hoping that this "preferred supplier" is replaced with someone who appreciates their customers.

Would like to give 0 stars rude woman at the desk, should not be in the business at all, no etiquettes dealing with customers so so disappointed. Ordered T shirt month ago no text no call no communication just rudeness attitude & hell like atmosphere in her shop. Please stay away from this shop.🙏🏼

There is no option to give 0 star for that old lady for her customer service. I still don’t understand why the big companies like SCC keep her for their uniforms. It’s time to rethink.

Bad customer service, I called at 1550 telling the lady that I was 5mins away to buy uniforms to which she replied, "I will be closing at exactly 4pm I have an appointment " I got to the shop at 1555 the door was locked and I called no one picked the phone.
