Smiles speed and service were outstanding, all my fears were dissolved on arrival, I was talked through every aspect of my Covid test and Bree was a joy thank you so much for keeping Adelaide safe you are valued X

A very convenient location for parking, opens and 7.30 – most likely the most attractive near CBD clinic. Wonderful staff, quick & very professional service

Not a good experience supposed to open 7.30 am still not open 7.50 am not very good for people trying to get test results done before work don’t advertise 7.30 am opening if your not going to open at that time

The sign on the door stated "Closed". It was 2.15pm and Hospital staff didn't know when it would be open or where the Clinpath staff were. I understand they often are in the hospital doing other related work but why have a clinic here if staff aren't there???
There's a Clinpath on Ward St, down the road a few blocks. Their staff were lovely and helpful.
My recommendation - just head straight to the Ward St clinic.

Very very bad service. I am not good with needles and blood and they were not supportive, nor helping at all. Same morning I went somewhere else and it was great! Not recommended at all!

If you advertise being open and available at 0730 hrs- then you should do that!
