I just bought my first new car from Main North Nissan. I needed to get the car modified so I could drive it. The car sat at the dealer waiting on NDIS approval for the mods for months. There was never any pressure for me to take the car before it was ready. I ended up losing my patience waiting for the NDIS and took the car so my partner could drive in the meantime.

I dealt with Nathan when buying my X Trail and he was fantastic to deal with in everyway. Nathan even offered once I am able to drive to come in and he will show me all the features again of the car. He was very understanding of my circumstances and patient. He even took the X Trail to the engineer to make sure the modifications I require to be able to drive would fit my new X Trail. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go see Nathan at Main North Nissan. He's a great genuine bloke who was such a pleasure to deal with.

I want to thank Minh and the team for their help servicing my car last week! There was a mix-up with my service booking and I took my car in to be serviced on a day it wasn't booked for. Minh and the team were able to squeeze me in on the day, and went above and beyond to help me get to and from work nearby. Had a fantastic experience at sales of our car; specially because of Nathan and Lauren who made sure we had the most smooth journey as much as possible with constant updates.
Nathan is so apt and quick to respond and clarify questions; explained the functioning of the car amazingly well when we came for the pick up.

Even after sales on the first service of my car; I had a list of questions written down and Nathan was super helpful to clarify those and take me down on the road for a drive to demonstrate certain functionalities.

This has been a great experience. From first steps to driving out the door, the whole team was very accommodating. Adam the salesman worked with us to meet our needs. The whole team was always in contact with updates. The day of delivery the whole team was present and walked us through every little detail.
