The Cross Cut Hair Care Centre - Rundle Mall

I went to a Cross Cut Hair salon to get my hair curly. They were welcoming and friendly despite being busy, and they accommodated me with short-notice. I am grateful for their service, and the stylist fiffy did my hair exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend this salon.

We always have a great experience at Cross Cut. Effie is an amazing hairdresser, who makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. My daughter and I both had our hair coloured yesterday and the results were perfect, exactly what we wanted as always. The staff are all friendly and happy too, I highly recommend Effie and Cross Cut.

I can't thank Gemma enough!! I've been going to Cross Cut for a colour and cut for years and absolutely love the service and overall experience that they give! I recently had tape hair extensions put in by a different salon which looked awful! I booked a session in with Gemma and she absolutely worked her majic 😍 she is so passionate about what she does and my hair has never looked better! Highly recommend and I'll be back again ❤👌

I walked in on a Monday about an hour before closing and was greeted by Thi. I asked if I could get a blowdry done and I was seated immediately. Thi offered a hair treatment as well and gave me amazing blowout waves! She is friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend her for doing such an amazing job when all I asked for was a simple blowdry. The head massage was also really lovely :)

I've found the hairstylist I've been searching for - Liza at Crosscut is amazing! She gave me a fantastic 90's butterfly haircut and took her time, spending about an hour on it. My look was transformed, and I highly recommend her for Indian haircuts. You won't be disappointed! 💇‍♀❤

I've been having a lot of trouble finding a reliable hair dresser that I like but I think I hit the jackpot. I walked in and they saw me straight away which was impressive seeing as it was close to lunch so I thought I'd have to come back.

The part that impresssed me the most was that the hair dresser sat me down for a 5min conversation about what I wanted, my hair history and he gave me some tips in styling and looking after it.

In all I was very happy with my haircut and will be returning. It wasn't the cheapest place I've seen, but seeing as some places in the city quote $65+ for a trim it was reasonably priced and the service made up for it.

Last week, I called into the salon for a shampoo and style cut. I was warmly greeted by Management and staff, who booked my appointment for later that day.
Tee was my stylist. She was friendly and professional, and did a superb job.
I usually attend Cross Cut Elizabeth due to their proximity, but had no hesitation in this instance in attending their city salon.
Management and all staff were welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Highly recommended.

The gentleman serving me had a beautiful personality. His customer service was above and beyond, constantly going out of his way to help and find the products I needed without being pushy. This business stocks amazing products - I look forward to returning. Thank you for a positive experience and old fashion customer service.

Been going here for a few years to get my fringe trimmed and they know exactly how I like it done each and everytime. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable in all areas of haircare and treatments, and go above and beyond when taking care of their clients.

Vicki cut my hair yesterday and I was really, really pleased with the cut and the service. She listened carefully to what I wanted and also gave great advice. Best hair cut I've had in years :-) I walked out feeling fabulous. Yes - more expensive than other salons, but considering I was able to get my hair cut on a Sunday when all the other salons were closed, it was worth it.

Jemma was fantastic! So welcoming and her head massage and blow wave was so relaxing I could have nodded off. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Just had an excellent haircut by Fabi, she was both a hair hairstylist and a great listening ear. Even though English isn't her first language she did awesome with listening and clarifying exactly what I wanted.

Walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon and was given an appointment on the same day 40 minutes later. I received fantastic hair cut and service by Anatoly, she was very precise and my hair looks awesome now! Prices ($55 for long length haircut) were also fair considering this salon was right in Rundle Mall.

Have been getting my hair cut for years at The Cross Cut by the same person. She does it the way I want it, not always trying to sell me expensive products or treatments. Very happy with the service I receive.

Went to Adelaide to have my brows tattooed and realised I couldn’t get my brows wet for the next 10 days!! Called Cross Cut at closing and got in first thing the nxt day for a wash and blow dry. Apologies Erica for being a high maintenance customer!! I’m a bit fussy about how my hair is blow dried as I have very fine hair, so wen Erica started to do it differently to what I was used to I started to freak out...I need not have worried, Erica did an amazing job, I had lots of lovely comments, best blow dry ever! Highly recommend, will be back wen I visit Adelaide next!

Erika, a graceful Brazilian hairdresser and architect, gave a me terrific haircut and some overdue trimming around my wild eyebrows. As a direct result, I look ten years younger. Erika works on Sunday only and when I am coming back to Adelaide I will do my upmost to see her for another makeover.

Ladies, ask for THI. She gave me beautiful layer cut and was so polite,very experienced and professional.Definitely coming back for a haircut from her.
