Mr Fox Bagel Cartel

Mr Fox has to be my all time favourite regular coffee spot. I've had a few before moving round the corner here for work, but nothing beats the fairly priced coffee, tasty bites to eat, cool atmosphere and consistent banter from Sheryl that always brightens my mornings.

Bagel selection is very impressive, especially the vegan selection. There are lots of delicious treats as well. Great tasting food, very reasonable prices and service with a smile, perfect!

This coffee shop is a gem! The consistently superb coffee and fresh, delicious bagels keep me coming back, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. At a time where great service is hard to find, this place exceeds expectations every time. Friendly, attentive staff make each visit a delightful experience

Some mornings you stare at the ceiling- it's a Tuesday and you're really not feeling going to work. You slept terribly. You tell yourself if you don't chuck a sickie you can have a little treat, a nice little lunch. On those days may I recommend Mr Fox. Not only was I greeted like I'd known the owner my whole life- but the bagel is also single-handedly turning my day around.

Easily the best coffee in ADL and the bagels are amazing. Sheryl the barista was witty and a killer on the espresso machine. We had a small/medium group show up two days in a row, we comfortably sat outside and they had zero issues with us moving the tables to fit all of us. Will definitely be back

Absolutely love it here! Sheryl is always so friendly and provides great service. The coffee is always great and food is excellent too. Great selection and options for vegans!

Second time coming here in half a year Pleasant hole-in-the-wall setting in the shade.

Visit 1: Delicious hot chocolate with full cream milk

Visit 2: dark chocolate iced chocolate and a chai latte. Both delicious and the variety of chocolate based beverages was impressive.

Glass of water came alongside, and the barista's ☕ made my day. Wonderful coffee art, just the right thickness and froth. Will be back here definitely.

Hard to imagine there is a better vegan pastry spot in the CBD for those sweet of tooth!
The vegan (and I’m guessing non-vegan) pastries at this friendly little nook on James Place are worth the trip I make across town (with increasing frequency!). Deliciously monstrous cruffin or croissant takes on Iced Vovos are available and other rando mashups if you are keen to roll the dice, or just enjoy almond or custard things or a savoury bite and a chat. Yum!

Down to earth great service is really all one wants and that is exactly what you will get from Mr Fox Espresso. I was in town for work and on my morning walk and honestly just stumbled upon Mr Fox. Loved the coffee so back the next morning my coffee order was remembered without a word from me. Now THAT is impressive! Thank you Mr Fox 🦊

Every time I visit my day gets better! Genuine, brilliant customer service.
Being a barista for several years myself I can be pretty fussy but whether I get cold brew or a flat white with an extra shot, it’s on point every time. Grateful for the later closing hour too! Thank you!

Heaps of vegan options. Sweet and savoury. The croissants are amazing! Bagels are also really nice. Everything was good. Non-vegan partner highly rated the food too.

Service was great. Very friendly and helpful. They asked if we wanted chilli, salt and pepper, lemon etc. added to our food which was very thoughtful.

Would definitely come back!
