I bought two Level speakers from this store but had them delivered in the Sydney Double Bay store. Ben at Norwood is courteous, professional and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Best B&O store in Australia hands down. Ben provides exactly the sort of high quality service that you ought to expect from a high end brand (but often don’t get elsewhere). He is super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He’s also more than happy to help out customers with their older B&O products, rather than just interested in selling something new. Highly recommended.

Have to say, this store gave me the best experience in term of fixing broken headphone cuz instead sending my headphone to be fixed, the staff literally just gave me another new and better headphone. The original one I bought was Boeplay portal. But he replaced it with Boeplay HX, which is definitely a better one for me😁😁.
So have to say the service is the best among so many tech companies 😂😂

I’m a Queenslander and ever since the Brisbane B&O store closed a few years ago I have been searching for a new store with an actually functioning online catalogue, which is strangely hard to come by from Australian B&O retailers. Bang & Olufsen Adelaide has hit the sweet spot for me. Not only is the online shopping process what it should be, but Theo the manager will send you email updates every step of the delivery process, as well as personally thanking you for your business.
