Bed Bath N' Table Rundle Mall

Note: They used to be in the DJ downstairs but have been in the Myer Centre GF for quite a while. Located to the right of the Myer entrance on GF, by the lifts/escalators going up (Realised this by going to DJ as per someone else’s old front store photo on Google Maps, and not finding the store 😂)

As an updated note on staff and customer service (March 2024), I do know the service in these places can seem a little judgemental if you’re not in your 30s+, but I was served by a younger employee, who was very attentive, was competently able to answer my technical questions about products and provide recommendations. She was able to check stock and list options for me to get the exact item I needed. I didn’t grab her name unfortunately, but Bed Bath N’Table hiring her was such a power move.

I purchased something from here a few weeks ago, but the item I needed was not available. However, Megan, a staff member who is really talented, went to the stock room to double-check if they had it or not. She eventually discovered it, too. Thank you so much for your work. She's really an incredible asset for "Bed Bath N' Table" ✨

Beautifully presented store located in the Myer Centre providing an exclusive and absolute exquisite range of bedding, bath towels, home decor, homewares and items such as quilt covers, bedsheets, coverlets, bedspreads, quilts, cushions, decorative items, bathroom accessories, table ,home decor and much more exciting products! They are an Australian owned company and have been around for over 50 years and design, develop and supply their exclusive selection to the Australian market! Very helpful assistance and advice provided by their staff, open 7days !

Just can't thank Karen enough for her patience and for sharing her expertise. My bed looks fantastic and picture perfect, ready for our open house. Will be back for more styling advice in the future.

Poor customer service. Staff more interested in putting out stock and working on displays. Young man spoke to the lady who came into store after me, but didn't approach me at all. Took my items to the counter. Still no one. Left the store in disgust. This is why I usually shop online.

3 staff there , not one person came to ask if any help required , very poor customer service , store was virtually empty . The staff only kept chatting among themselves

Poor customer service. They kind of kicked us out and did not let us have a browse around. We stepped in the other day and just wanted a have browse, the customer service lady came up and asked whacha after, when we said just browsing she again unkindly said what you are exactly after and we were kinda felt she truly wants us to walk out of the store. It was annoying and rubbish expedience. Absolutely hopeless. Very upsetting.
